After attending the University of Texas, James Petty couldn’t get enough of Austin. Upon graduation, he utilized his marketing expertise on the creation of his first website. By the year 2000 he developed and executed his first SEO and pay per click campaign. It did not take this website long to secure a significant share of its market. After this, James sold his website for a healthy profit and transitioned into new home sales. He spent many years as a top performer in the new home industry. Here he learned how to manage large communities and complex production timelines while helping customers with the largest investment most individuals will ever make — the construction of a new home.
