My Pit Crew

I emailed them late at night last minute trying to get them to come out the next morning and first thing that morning I had a response and they came out changed the oil without any problem! I would definatley use them again!

My Pit Crew provides a great service. I have 4 kids, and between school, their sports, going to friends and various other activities, My Pit Crew helps take one time-​consuming chore off of my plate.
I highly recommend Scott and Artie. They are nice, trustworthy, hard-​working guys who will come to your home or work and take you car off of your hands while you get other things done, and they do it for a very reasonable price. Well worth me not having to either line up a babysitter or worse, bring the baby with me to get an oil change. Yuck. You can also get them to take the car to a car wash, or they will detail your car for you. I have had them do all three services at different times and I have been very happy each time.

The very reason I need My Pit Crew is the very reason this review has taken me so long to write. If your life is like mine, you are in a constant state of chaos trying to juggle work, kids, cars, laundry, housekeeping, etc. You get the picture. Enter My Pit Crew to save the day. Scott and Artie are a girl’s best friend– particularly if you are a single working mom with a thirteen year old smelly boy, a full time job, a border collie and not enough hours in the day. SIGH… These guys go above and beyond the call of duty. Having done some internet research and, of course, checking out Unilocal,I called at the last minute– having tried desperately to find someone to detail my dog hair laden car before making the trek to visit grandma for the weekend. I was out of time and out of patience.
Scott and Artie were on the ball. Gracious, charming and very competent, they rearranged their schedule to accommodate mine. They met me at work in the morning, grabbed my keys and took off. I spent a very productive day at the office billing clients while these two slaved away in the Austin heat. When they arrived 6 hours later, I barely recognized my car. I was blown away. My car was spotless, had the oil changed, and a cute little «calling card» was left on my console.
Truly a single mom’s «car concierge» these guys will take care of all the little things that you just don’t want, need or have the time to do– all for a very small fee in addition to what you would ordinarily pay. It was WELL worth it. No sitting in a waiting room all afternoon or fighting off over-​enthusiastic «salesmen» at the local Jiffy Lube trying to sell you a new air filter. I plan on being a devoted and regular customer. All I need now is for them to open a «Rent-​a-​Husband» business for «Honey Do’s», housekeeping and laundry and I will be good to go. :-)

I have been using the My Pit Crew Service for about a year or so now. They do a great job, are super convenient, and are competitive on their prices. For example, I recently had their 60K mile service done on my wife’s car — they did all of the manufacture’s recommended items for about ½ the cost of the dealer and notified /​did not charge for some filters that did not need changing.
I highly reccomend My Pit Crew and will continue to use them for my preventative maintenance on all my vehicles.
