History

Established in 2002.

Myron Morales opened Morales PLLC as an immigration practice, growing with Austin until in 2009 he joined with Stephen O’Connor. Their firm, Morales & O’Connor, PLLC has helped thousands of business and family-​based immigrants navigate the shoals of U.S. immigration law, gaining green cards and work status, pursuing all visas and temporary and permanent status allowed by immigration reform, and personally working with cilents to solve employment and litigation challenges, before USCIS or in immigration court. Their firm covers all of Texas, and indeed all of the U.S., with cases in many different states and countries. They constantly hone their immigration knowledge with expert tutorials, seminars and participation in American Immigration Lawyers Association, AILA, events.

Manager

Myron Morales focuses his practice on all aspects of business and family-​based immigration, as well as global workforce mobility. He has broad experience in the energy, information technology, education, transportation, entertainment, and healthcare industries. His global immigration experience includes matters in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Dominican Republic, France, Mexico, Nigeria, Philippines, Spain, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Mr. Morales’ family-​based immigration experience includes claims to United States citizenship, lawful permanent residence, fiancé visas, naturalization, inadmissibility waivers, and Consular practice.
