I contacted Mitch this past August to review my company’s past year tax return, as my previous accountant had made a noticeable error. I sent in our filings along with our bookkeeping records for him to review. I sent Mitch a weekly email to check on his progress, and every week there was a new excuse about being delays caused from extension deadlines, etc. This went on from August until November. I received an apology email from him early in November for the delay, and he stated that he now had the time to review and correct our taxes. I accepted his apology since I believed Mitch had already spent some time with our taxes, and he had come highly recommended from a friend. I sent several more weekly check-​in emails to Mitch and didn’t hear back from him. At the end of November it was very clear that he was not working on our taxes and was now not even responding to our update requests. We are a small LLC, and in the past our accountant had finished our filings within a week, so I can’t imagine what could have caused a four month delay. Our account was handled extremely unprofessionally, and I would not recommend Mitch as a CPA.

Great guy.
Had some business losses from a few years ago that I needed applied to my current tax return, he went back three years and filed amended returns for each year and didn’t charge me much at all.
Highly recommended, A++, would buy again.
