Mindy has been passionate about baking since she was old enough to follow a recipe. After 4 years of college at UT and countless classes skipped to bake for friends, she followed her dreams all the way to Le Cordon Bleu where she honed her skills and earned her Certificate of Patisserie and Baking. She left pastry school and began her career in professional kitchens, working her way up the ladder at places like Jeffrey’s of Austin and the Horseshoe Bay Resort Marriott and eventually took the leap to business owner. With a love of creating only the most delicious and beautiful desserts, Mindy uses the freshest and best quality of ingredients and specializes in providing her customers with highest level of satisfaction.
