Individual Coaching in mindfulness and strategies to improve your overall quality of life and well being. My goal is to assist individuals in releasing blocks and that are keeping them from fulfillment of their desires in career or relationships. I provide an initial consultation and assessment. Once this is complete, I will provide strategies for individuals to use to gain awareness, insight and access to a deeper inner knowing. My clients gain a sense of empowerment over life circumstances and gain strategies and tools to use for future challenges.

History
Established in 2015.
I have experience as a counselor/therapist and advocate for over 13 years. My experience has been with individuals with multiple life challenges, including legal issues, abuse, academic challenges, domestic violence and trauma. Working with challenging clients in overwhelming situations has deeply informed my current work. Often these individuals are labeled, and the prognosis is poor. With using a variety of techniques, including mindfulness and movement, I have found that healing is possible. Working inwardly with the mind and body can help heal existing patterns and stop challenges from playing out over and over again. Stopping the broken record, even for a while, allows a new perspective to come into play that will allow a learning process and eventual empowerment. I use mindfulness, movement, yoga and many other techniques that allow individuals to gain empowerment of their body, mind and soul.
My experience includes working with individuals of all ages and family systems.

Crystal P.
Business Owner
Crystal is a native Texan that loves to travels, including studies of eastern and various cultures methodology to healing. Work experience includes counselor, therapist, family advocate, assessments, crisis intervention and program management. In all of these roles she has functioned as someone that has been a proven problems solver in challenging situations.
Crystal has a Masters degree in Counseling and a BA in psychology. As of late, Crystal has expanded her training and practice to include mindfulness and movement, including extensive training in neurobiology and trauma. Bringing in the body, brings in another very valuable layer of intelligence and memory storage. Using techniques such as mindfulness, movement, yoga has led to increased improvements in people with simple strategies. She gains great satisfaction in assisting others along their journey in raising awareness and personal fulfillment
