Description

Specialties

At Mercury Pizza we have huge slices, fresh ingredients and the best cheese in town. We’re located in a little house-turned-restaurant in South Austin with a large eclectic outdoor area. Come by and enjoy good food, good company, and good vibes. We’re also BYOB! Wash down that delicious slice of pizza with an equally delicious beer.

20″ house pies are made fresh with hand-tossed New York style thin crust. Customer favorites include the perfectly sweet perfectly spicy WhosYourDaddy (topped with pepperoni, jalapenos and fresh pineapple) and the mouthwatering Old Dirty Bastard (topped with pulled pork, caramelized red onion & cheddar/mozzarella blend baked over honey chipotle BBQ sauce).

We also have blunts (served with a side of Mercury Marinara), pizza by the slice, gluten-free pizza, salad, garlic knots and cheesy bread. We’re open late nights and always deliver late.

History

Established in 2012.

Mercury Pizza first opened in early 2012. After a brief hiatus, Chef Moffitt took over the shop and we reopened in August 2012.
