Established in 1996.

Started as a one-​woman business, Mercury Permits now has a permanent, expanded location in East Austin. We’ve grown from just a few clients to regular work with HEB, McDonald’s, Simon Properties, and plenty of small businesses.

Business Owner

Denise started Mercury Permits, Inc. in 1996 in Cedar Park, TX. She has since grown her business and relocated just east of Downtown Austin, has employees in San Antonio and Dallas, and works with everyone from multi-​million dollar development companies to small restaurant start-​ups.
