Okay first let me make this clear I’m comparing this McDonalds to other McDonalds not far better restaurants. So by McDonalds standards, this is one star. That’s bad. I go to dine in and order two double cheeseburgers plain, large coke, and medium fries. Easy right? Right? Well they give me two double cheeseburgers with everything on it. Now I’m lame and bland and like my burgers like that so I tell them«Hey I’m sorry but I think you missed when I said it’s plain can you make these plain?» And instead of just telling the kitchen he rings up another order and marks it as «promo» and gives me the receipt. 5 – 10 minutes later they’re ready again except this time they’re McDoubles. I check the receipt and that’s what he put. UGH! So I return those and ask for double cheeseburgers plain as I requested. I then after five minutes get the most lifeless cold double cheeseburgers in existence. I tell the manager who then feels all over the cold bun and is like«They’re fine. That’s how plain burgers are.» «But the cheese isn’t even melted. I just want them heated up.» «We can’t do that.» «Then refund me.» She refunds me JUST for the two burgers. Really. That cheap? So now I had fries and a drink that isn’t much good without the«main course» so I just went next door to Taco Bell for some cold drive-thru food. Avoid this location and go to the one off 290. They at least TRY to take care of you. I know McDonalds doesn’t pay their employees enough to care and that’s the root cause of this.

I have been in my car for 20 mins this morning and have seen how fast and efficient this McDonald’s drive through is. Waitime from order to serve is less than a min. On average its 2 cars per min.

The drive thru here is consistently slow. I went thru tonight and the guy working the drive thru seemed a little sketchy with my debit card. Looked like he double swiped it or swiped it twice. When I got home I tried to call the store to speak to a manager to address my concern but no one answered the phone. I hope I dont get any credit card fraud or cloning as a result.

Tried to get breakfast at this location 6:45AM on 12÷6÷2014. I couldn’t. This was due to the lady at the pay window chit chatting with the truck in front of me. Since the line didn’t move for 5 minutes, I left. As I was leaving, I saw that there were no vehicles in front of the truck. Nobody picking up food at the second window. Congrats, you made my $ 10 order and no one to sell it to. The employees here should know they’re paid to work and to keep the line moving. Not to chat with some guy while there are 8 vehicles waiting. I hope the other 7 people followed my example and just drove away. If you want our business, then actually do business with us in a timely fashion. I can understand waiting for something because it is frozen, or waiting for the fryer to warm up. But chit chatting?

I’ve been feeling sorry for McDonalds lately because so many of its Russian locations have been closed by Russian authorities under the guise of violating food safety or restaurant cleanliness. This morning, we heard its same-store sales are down a whopping 3.7% so I decided to eat at McDonalds today. This McDonalds is a separate building outside of the Walmart Castle. It’s easily accessible from the 183 service road. I didn’t like how the parking lot driveway was curved around but it’s probably easier for cars to maneuver through. The parking lot was packed around 12:50 pm on a Tuesday afternoon but there weren’t many customers inside ordering or eating. I ordered a Hot and Spicy McChicken Sandwich for only $ 1.08. The sandwich lived up to its name. I ate it and didn’t have any poor aftertaste. My order came out very fast – like within 30 seconds. I’ll definitely stop by again since it’s very close to my office. The cashier was friendly for fast-food-restaurant standards.
