Matt Sells Austin

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Matt. I never vouch for people because you never really know, but Matt is one of only 3 people I’ve encountered professional that I would vouch for.
He is an incredible realtor with more knowledge about all aspects of the real estate industry and all aspects of home ownership. He has every resource in the world ready for you and every bit of information you could ever need or want. I have used him on 3 separate occasions for home sales and purchases, and have recommended him to family, friends, and strangers.
My parents used them for their purchase, my friend for her purchase, and several clients of mine have used him when they needed to purchase a home. He is honest, reliable, and always available to speak with you. He is great at negotiating and getting you the best deal possible.
In a down market he sold my home in 3 weeks! In the up market he sold my home in less than 48 hours. I needed a quick sale as my purchase of my new home had a 2 week contingency so I called him Friday at 9 p.m. and it was sold on Sunday! Incredible!
You cannot go wrong with hiring and/​or using him for home buying and selling!

Last April we started looking for a home to purchase. On the recommendation of a friend, we called Matt. I am so happy we did. As first time home buyers we did not know exactly what to expect but Matt walked us through every step of the way. He listened to what we wanted and was even able to find us a home that fit our needs before it went on the market! I now understand why my friend was so persistent about me calling Matt. Once you use Matt as your agent, you will never use anyone else again. He is so knowledgeable and trustworthy that we really felt we were being represented by the best. It took so much stress out of the process and for that I am thankful. My recommendation is if you are looking for a realtor, at least give Matt a call. After you speak with him one time you will understand why past clients are so quick to recommend him.

Matt did a phenomenal job of selling our home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had the answers to all our real estate questions and got us exactly the price that we wanted. I would recommend him to anyone that is buying or selling a home. I don’t know were to even start about how wonderful Matt has been. We clicked from the beginning. He is truly a God send. Being a single mom trying to sell one home and get another built at the same time, to get my child in to the right school district was quite a stressful time for me. Matt helped me hold it together. He has always been more than patient and kind. Even when I was probably his most emotional client ever. Even after all was said and done he has always continued to be supportive. I cannot think of one thing throughout the whole selling/​building process that Matt didn’t go to bat for me on or make things right. My family and I are truly blessed to have been introduced to him. I have referred him to many, many people that have hired him and referred him on to their friends and family. I highly recommend Matt Holm. You will NOT be disappointed!

First and for most I want to thank Matt For helping my family and I get our first home!!! I am very greatful that I was able to find a great person and a great opportunity… If I would have not found the advertisement on my car I would probably still be throwing my money away on rent… Matt was a wonderful realtor throughout the whole process… Communication was excellent as he contacted me ASAP when I had a question… Overall I was very satisfied with him… I would highly recommend Matt to anyone out there looking for a home… If there is a way Matt will find it…
