I’ve literally been harassed by this Real Estate Company. Apparently, like a year and a half ago, I filled out an online form asking to be sent a list of properties for sale in Austin. Since then, this company has called and emailed me many times. I thought not responding would send the message they need, but instead this morning I get a text message from them.
Basically, I asked to be removed from their call list, and said that they should re-​think their approach at reaching out to people. Texting? Seriously?! This person then responded, argumentatively, calling me hostile and asking what I do for a living.
So, you get a bunch of your friends on Unilocal to write you 5 star reviews. That’s not helping your business. So someone «passed you a list of names» (which, let’s be honest, you purchased) and mine just happens to be on there — you’ve called me and emailed me and my no response isn’t sending you the message you need. So, you resort, desperately, to texting me (I’ve never heard of this marketing approach — ever) asking me personal information when I have NO IDEA who you are — and then when I express that frustration you call me hostile and argue with me.
Nice business approach. No wonder you’re so desperate for business you’re resorting to harassing people over text.

Matt is consummate professional when it comes to helping find you a home that fits your budget and desired criteria. I worked with Matt for a few months trying to find a place to buy as a first time buyer. He was detailed, open, friendly, and ensured I was aware of all of the nuances of buying a home. He found a lot of options in the areas I was looking and I still remember the voicemail he left telling me «hey man, I found the house you’re going to buy, let’s get over and look at it asap.» A little over a month later, I closed on my first home — an awesome condo with a downtown view located near a lot of fun restaurants, the lake and its trails, and a big community garden. It was exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier.
I would recommend Matt to anyone looking for property in the Austin area. He genuinely works hard to find something you’ll love and makes time for you anytime you need him. It was an enjoyable experience working with Matt.

When it came to buying a house, my fiancée and I were completely lost as to where to even begin. Luckily, we had a friend who had recently purchased a home and Matt was her realtor. She only had wonderful things to say about him, so we sought him out.
From the first meeting, we realized Matt was an extremely professional, down to earth guy, and very knowledgeable to the realtor world. Not only was he patient with us, after viewing possibly 30 plus homes, but also he worked hard to constantly update us on homes that recently became available on the market.
Perhaps these are the type of things one might expect from any realtor, however, we knew Matt was special because of one thing. A few days after my fiancée and I had our hearts broken for loosing a bid on a house, Matt stayed up real late at night looking for a home similar to what we had lost. The moment he saw a house he thought we would love, he contacted my mother in law, and together they decided to put a bid in on our behalf. Matt also said he would pay for whatever charges in case we didn’t like the house. To make a long story short, we ended up buying the house Matt thought we would love! This is how well he knew us.
Now, we consider Matt a real special friend to our family. He’s a wonderful person that you could not go wrong with.
