We had the world’s worst experience with Masterpiece Remodeling. It’s a long and painful story, but cutting to the chase, we had to retain an attorney to compel them to fix a major problem that they had caused, but denied causing. In fact, rather than admitting or even investigating the cause of the problem, they went on the offensive, and blamed us. When they realized that we were serious about going to arbitration, they finally, after nearly a year admitted that yes, they had caused the problem and were willing to fix it. What a nightmare. Buyer beware.
