I’m not rating the Optician, but rather the staff at the doctor office. While traveling to Vancouver, Canada from Austin I forgot my contact lenses. I called the doctor office to see if they could email my prescription to me so I could buy emergency contact lenses in Canada. The doctor office stated that they DO NOT EMAIL and after several attempt to change their mine (practically begging at this point), the staff stated that they can fax to the hotel and I can pay for the fax. It took additional four phone calls to get the fax through. Apparently there was a problem with the fax number and the doctor office never though to called and let me know. Their attitude was awful. I like the doctor and have been going there for three years. However, when facing the emergency I was unable to count on them to help, I will never go back.

I received very good customer service and an easy eye exam. The optometrist was cheerful and friendly and informative. Actually, everyone here was friendly. The office had a nice ambiance. I would encourage anyone to go and try it out. It was such a pleasure after going to another optometrist for years and years which was getting old. I didn’t know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised! I don’t think you’ll have any reservations once you go and see for yourself.

The doc and assistants were really quick, knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff in the front was the opposite. I encountered a know it all today when I returned for an overcharge on my credit card. This person obviously is not aware that many are out of work… many that would gladly take their job and actually do it well without being rude to an undeserving customer. I will not be back to this doctor.
