Best massage envy, BEST massage therapists. I’ve tried most of the locations and many of the therapists and hands down, the best are at this location. Frankly I’m surprised they are able to keep such great Massage therapists because I can’t imagine they pay well! This is a very good value

My wife and I have been to many different spa’s and such for years for our couples massage. We have found the best combo so far here in Steiner Ranch. Angela and Ryan will have our business as long as they work there. Thanks to both of you for fine tuning our experience. See you soon for another 1.5 hours of bliss!

Had an 8:30 appt this morning and finally left the parking lot at 8:50 due to the front desk person, who is also the one who opens the business up, decided not to show up on time or better yet not show up at all. I would be forgiving but this is the fourth time their front desk workers has shown up late which of course runs your appt time short due to the lack of ability to show up on time. The front desk workers will ruin this business for the owners of this Massage Envy. I adore my massage therapist and she does a great job but this is unacceptable.

I went a few times and just did the one time deal. I had several different massage therapists. Each was great yet different. I ended up signing up for the monthly plan which I use EVERY month. After half a year, each therapist has been way above par and several excellent. The staff is always friendly and professional. They always greet me by name and offer some cold cucumber water while I get settled. Lately I’ve opted for the 1 and ½ hr deal. No regrets. There are several therapists with over 20 years experience each.
I still use it and plan on it in the future.

Ok, pass on this one. For starters I sent an appointment request online and was never called to set an appointment. I called the next day and the guy who answered the phone was pretty defensive about never receiving my request. I let him know I got an auto reply. Anyway, they require a credit card to hold the appointment which I unfortunately made. When I arrived they had me down for a 60 minute instead of a 90 (which I so wish I hadn’t corrected them on). Don’t get me wrong — no one was rude at the appointment — no one did anything terrible — it was just a poor experience. Weirdest thing to me is, for a one hour massage they promise you 50 minutes of hands-​on work. So you pay for 10 minutes of your time to talk to the therapist and take your clothes off. OK… yeah I waited about 10 minutes in the waiting room and a solid 5 minutes after my therapist left the treatment room for him to come back. I felt like everything was timed. Why did I go here?
The massage was not good. This is gross, but my therapist’s hands felt sweaty and grimy — this may be because they use cheap lotion to match the scratchy, cheap linens on the tables. He seemed a little inexperienced — at one point asked me to hold my arm in mid-​air while he massaged my shoulder — What?! I was uncomfortable the majority of the time — which has never happened to me at a massage and is the opposite effect most are going for at massages!
Ugh, I couldn’t get out of there fast enough — and the front desk gal was trying to sell me on a membership — yeah pass on this one!
I hate it too — I have so little time to treat myself to something like this and it just sucked.
