Business Owner

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Mark W. Doran started his career in real estate early. While in high school he helped his father with open houses and shortly after turning 18 bought his first real estate investment property. Mark attended the University of Texas in Austin and then the University of Wurzburg in Germany. While waiting for his diploma to arrive in the mail, Mark served two years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Moldova.

After his return he relocated to Austin, Texas and met his wife while out listening to local

musical legend Dale Watson. Within weeks of meeting their courtship began and they married within a year. The couple has lived all around Austin and currently resides into the Great Hills area with their son.

In his free time, Mark loves to spend time with his family, travel, and donate time at area local schools: currently he teaches Lego Robotics and «Learn to be an Entrepreneur.»

I chose Mark Doran, owner of Market360 group, as my listing agent when I sold my Pflugerville home. Mark is a second generation Austin realtor with many years of experience in the local market.
Mark came to my house and gave my husband and me lots of great suggestions for updating and staging the home. We adopted most of his ideas. We replaced flooring throughout, as well as painting, updating light fixtures, power washing the exterior, trimming our landscaping, etc.
Mark advised us every step of the way. I felt very comfortable in his ability to negotiate the price, the fixes the buyers requested, and any other items that came up.
In the final analysis, our home sold for asking price in about a week. It was as painless a process as it could possibly be, and I definitely credit Mark and Market360 for the ease of our home sale.
