So, how can someone leave 5-​stars when the company won’t be doing a single day of property management for us? Here’s the story.
Regretfully our property is a little out of the way for their clientele, so they can’t take our business. However, I did get LJ on the phone.
I was expecting him to politely hang up the phone, but lo and behold, he asks if I have some general questions. Mind you, this is after knowing that we won’t be doing business together.
So he proceeds to listen to me rattling off questions and offers his genuine feedback and answers them all — patiently.
Now we also run a small business also and often answer questions for people when I know won’t be our client. I do it because I am passionate about what our company does and it feels good to help people out. It’s great to have come across someone else who feels the same way.
Other reviews already vouch for the company’s expertise. I can’t do that. But, what I can do is to say LJ’s answers were honest, genuine, and obviously from years of experience.
If we were to ever look for a PMC in Austin in the future, I know the first person I’ll be dialing up.

Manage512 has been managing my condo off of Far West. Being an out of town landlord, they have made me feel very comfortable knowing they are keeping an eye out for me.
