We do this through constant education of all things Apple, not because we have to, but because we love to. We seek clients who share this same passion for the Apple brand.

History

Established in 2004.

Our owner started MacPlus while in college to provide Apple users with high quality support. Over the years our reputation for strong technical skills and a focus on customer service have allowed us to become the premier Apple consulting firm in town. We now work with clients all over the country to provide training and support.

Meet the Business Owner

Eric S.

Business Owner

MacPlus is owned by Eric Shaheen. Prior to starting the business in 2004, Eric had a 1 year stint working technical support at Apple. A life long Apple devotee, Eric chose to leave the company he loved in 2003 to pursue a degree from Texas State University-​San Marcos in Business Management. With a personal letter from then Apple CEO Steve Jobs assuring him he made the right decision, Eric went on to graduate cum laude and attain the skills to run a business. Armed with this knowledge of business and a love for Apple, the rest is history.
