Mark Siefken represented me in fender bender case that resembled equal parts Night Court and Law and Order. I found myself amazed that our tax dollars go into this but Mark had a vested interest in helping me out, walking me through the process and taking the stand on something that’s a complete travesty of the legal system.
No damage to her car, no evidence and we still spent two days arguing about this in court. I appreciated his warmth, sense of humor and if I ever need legal advice or assistance I’d call him unhesitatingly.
His focus is I believe on civil issues not criminal. He’s mentally sharp and well versed in what he does. He told me not to hit anyone with my car for a few weeks. :P
