Let me just tell you how amazing their customer service is: 3 washers switched out 3 different times with easily scheduling. For some reason, the washers kept rattling around. Fortunately, the customer service is so fantastic, they came and replaced them not once, not twice, but three times without hassle or any accusatory tones. Mitchell and his team are fantastic. I cannot speak enough about how amazing the service is.

We rented a washer and dyer from these guys for about a year. The appliances worked (which is always a good start) and the owners and staff — Mitchell in particular — were always very helpful, friendly and laid-​back. Their prices are excellent and overall it was a straightforward and pain-​free experience/​process.

Super affordable ! Super Convenient ! I had no trouble getting the process started, and the washer and dryer were delivered to me in 2 days. I didn’t even know something like this existed. I am very pleased with the units, and they are so affordable ! Also, way easier than lugging laundry to a laundry matt in 100 degree weather, paying ATLEAST 20 bucks in quarters, and spending 3 hours of your day sweating and folding clothes trying to stay out of other people’s way. Especially with me having a baby, I love that I can just do a load in the comfort of my own place. I highly recommend these guys !

These guys are super friendly and easy to work with. We’ve been using the service for a year and decided it was time to buy our own washer and dryer. I called them to cancel today and expected a hassle, but they were super friendly and accommodating– just asked me when I’d like it picked up and said they would prorate me back any days I didn’t use this month! We’ve never had any issues with the washer/​dryer, but we have had a couple of billing issues (our own fault because we switched bank accounts and forgot to tell them) and customer service has always been great. Highly recommended.

Spoke with Mitchel, super nice guy coming over from dealing with Azuma, started with just confusion with them. Next time your apartment makes a referral be ready to do your research. Processed an application with these guys and awesome right from the start. Know how much i’ll be paying and know everything up front, plus can’t beat it a 1hrs delivery window and the pricing is totally fair! Fair and honest people here!

Great service that is both timely, affordable, and high quality. The washers and dryers are more efficient than most you’ll find in most Austin apartment complexes and come with free maintenance and pickup when you move. Hats off to Mitchell and Tony!

Great, quality service. Called in the afternoon, around 3, and was able to schedule for delivery and install for the next morning. I was very concerned about the cleanliness of these rented laundry machines due to skin allergies. Mike was extremely understanding and told me they take apart the machines each time to power wash them. Wow. Actually makes me glad that my apartment didn’t come with a washer/​dryer, because I know most properties wouldn’t go to those lengths to clean the washer/​dryer! Great rates and quality service.

I often take online reviews with a grain of salt, but these guys really deserve 5 stars. Not only are they affordable, but they always show up on time and delivery guys are super friendly. I recently changed apartments within a community and they came out and moved my washer/​dryer for free. Customer service doesn’t get better than that.

Love these guys! They show up when they say they will, no problems with billing, and they’re just plain nice. It’s so refreshing to do business with a local company that is professional and has it all together.
The appliances are great quality — they even swapped out the first washing machine they delivered for a different model with a delicate cycle.

Recently got my washer and dryer and am very pleased with how quickly I am able to reach someone and how quickly everything was delivered. I have never rented appliances before so I was really confused by a lot of the other companies reviews. I decided to give Luxe a call. The manager was extremely helpful and gave me all the information I needed right away. I didn’t even want to call another place after speaking with him, I went on to order my units. The delivery was quick and the delivery guy was very nice and helpful in explaining how to operate them and gave me his cell phone so I could call if I had any issues. I am so glad I went through Luxe especially it being my first time.
They are also local! Love supporting my local businesses. I will be recommending them to my friends who will be moving to Austin soon.

So far, I’m very happy with my decision to switch from Azuma to Luxe for our washer/​dryer rental. I stopped using Azuma due to their long hold times, billing issues, and poor call center customer service.
I’m happy with Luxe because they are LOCAL. I called them, left a voicemail and they called me back in 15 minutes. I set up a time for them to deliver and it was based on what worked for me, not a 6 hour window like Azuma.
Very friendly service. They took the time to hook everything up properly and test it. They even made sure I was comfortable with the set I received and told me to call them directly if I ever have any issues.
I was most concerned about maintenance because I had an issue with my dryer from Azuma not working right. Luxe said they are very responsive and can fix issues within 24 – 48 hours.

Could not have been better. From the first phone call (not an answering service) to washing my first load, it was perfect.
Everyone I encountered in this business were well trained and eager to meet my needs. I made an appointment to have a rental washer delivered between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. The installer arrived at 1:30 with the paperwork and all the tools necessary to install the washer. He tested that it worked before leaving and even texted me afterwards to remind me about the type of soap needed for the Whirlpool washer that they delivered.
I just wish every business I used were this competent (and good price too).

I have worked with other washer and dryer rentals in the past, and let me tell you, no one does it better than LUXE. Not only is the customer service level superior to any other, but the product itself is great. I had a small issue with my washer and dryer and they came right out and swapped them for a new set.

Our washer and dryer were just delivered and I could not be happier with the service I received! It has been an absolute amazing experience — from the first phone call I made to the end of the delivery. Mitchell and JD made the delivery and they were professional, friendly, and patient. They put my needs as the customer first and were very accommodating. They were even careful when coming in and out of the house to be sure not to let my cats out. ;)
Both the washer and dryer are in perfect condition and seem to be pretty new! I would highly recommend their services. As stated in the review from Steven D, the cost is only $ 35 a month, maintenance is included, and there is free pick up and delivery!

LUXE Laundry Rental is definitely the way to go if you need to rent a washer and dryer in the Austin area. A lot of apartments in Austin do not come with a washer and dryer so after calling around to a few companies I decided to go with LUXE. I spoke with Tony on the phone and I decided to go with LUXE because he was so friendly and accommodating. When they brought the washer and dryer to be installed, everything was so easy and smooth. They were in and out in no time and the washer and dryer were both very clean, modern and in perfect condition. They looked brand new. I would definitely recommend LUXE to anybody and everybody who needs to rent a washer and dryer.
