I Went to Lowes to find a gift for my Pop. Found a nice axe, he needed one. I did not care how much it cost I just liked it. I get to the register and 3 employees were laughing and socializing till they saw me waiting for someone to check out. The axe was missing a bar tag, so he said can you get one with a bar tag, I said no it was the last one. He called someone that he said told him it would be a long time before he could help me. I told the Employee you can sell me the axe somehow, but he refused. I told him ok fine then. And walked out. None of the slow restaurant syndrome employees had the time or energy to get me an item number. No wonder I don’t shop here I had forgotten the customer service did not exist. I also spent 15 minutes looking for a ceiling fan that my wife wanted but no one came to see if I needed help.

This is the first time I have done an online order pickup with Lowes. I do it routinely with Target and I love it. It saves me time and is very convenient when I am in a hurry. Lowes is not quick, nor is it convenient. The cashier helped me immediately and was friendly, but the item I ordered was not at the front of the store ready for pickup. She first had to call the garden department over. When the guy came over, she had to prompt him by asking him if he was going to go get the order. She started to read off the item number to him and he blankly stared at her. She had to prompt him to get a pen and paper to write the item number down, then he had to be told to actually go get it. I have never seen anyone walk so slowly in my life. It took him 10 minutes to walk to the item back to the desk. I would have saved time by going to hunt down the product myself and checking out through a normal lane. He brought out a dirt and fertilizer covered box on a large cart. I started walking towards the door and then towards my car, opening up the back hatch for him. He was following me to the door, but as I was buckling my daughter in her car seat I realized that he was still standing outside the store with my garden cart. He informed me that he couldn’t go any further. Seriously?!? I had to either unbuckle my daughter, or shut the doors and lock it with her in it. On an 85 degree day. Since I was parked in the first parking spot right outside the exit door, I shut everything and went to the door to get the cart. He stood there as I struggled to lift the heavy garden cart box into my car, still offering no help. Then he turned to walk back into the store. I yelled at him to please come back to at least take the cart in. He rolled his eyes and walked at turtle’s pace to get the cart, made no apology, and waddled back to the store. I only shopped at this store because the one closer to my house didn’t have the item in stock, but I will absolutely never set my foot in this store again.

It’s a home improvement store with over priced products, not sure they deserve more than 3 stars.

Never let one of Lowes contractors(JOEMORALES) into your home to install anything. He is very, very rude for one. And he doesn’t have a clue as to what he is doing. I don’t blame Lowes, I blame JOEMORALES for being a complete clueless idiot!!!

I love this location. I have been here a few times and have been met with more than enough eager help each time. On one visit, I was asked if I needed help three times when I was waiting on my father-in-law to finish his business in the bathroom. As one who is not a professional contractor, I often feel as though employees at other home improvement stores are unwilling to provide the help I need and are often irritated with me for not knowing exactly what I am talking about. The employees here speak«dummy», which is great because I could not tell you the difference between a concrete screw and a drywall screw. I am confident I can show up with my end goal in mind and gain the assistance I need to make it a reality.

The service in this store is pretty pathetic. I had to exchange a vent cover this past week and oh my gosh, what a fiasco. Rather than helping me find one that functioned properly, they made me go through the process of «buy and return» three times. Well on the third nonfunctioning vent, out of patience I insisted they call a manager. The only MOD eventually made his way over(after responding to 2 register problems and another return issue) and helped me solve the frustrating situation. Shop elsewhere and save yourself some frustration.

The friendly staff in the garden center is always great! They always help with any questions I have had. The girl with the extra long and flashy nails in the garden center is a hoot. Definately go to her for help!
