I love coming here. It is so clean, and pretty, and never jam packed. I usually go around 10 am or 1 on Saturdays. Even when they are busy, they’ll tell you how long the wait will be. If you are the one being serviced, rest assured they will still take the time to do a great job! I am a hairstylist downtown, but I live in Dripping Springs. I’m very picky about receiving services, and I can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else for my nails! All of the operators are perfectionists!!!

I had an amazing experience here. I called in for an appointment and once I got there they immediately started working on me. My manicurist did a very good job and very thorough. The salon looks very clean and sanitized. Definitely recommend people who are looking for a nail salon around this area. Will absolutely come back.

First time here with my sister, girlfriend and mom and had a good experience. I was here during prime hours so I felt the treatment was a little rushed. My favorite part of a pedicure is the massage at the end and it was not long enough. I have a 10 inch scar on my right ankle and my specialist did not notice or pay attn to it. The lesson for this place is to come on off hours. Isnt much choice in these parts.

its been some time that i went to Le Nails. I dont live in Austin but was visiting friends for the weekend. I made a last minute appointment because there would be two of going in, me for a full set of nails & a pedi. My spouse was having a mani/pedi. They were very thorough and wonderful. believe me if i am ever in the area and need of their service i will be back.

2nd time here and both experiences were really not good at all. 1st time I took my daughter and they had no kid chairs and charged me way to much for a 5 yr old. 2nd time under staffed, put clients in used pedicure chairs that were not cleaned from prior person. They seemed rude when customers asked them to fix mistakes. I won’t be back.

Just okay. Some of the people are better that others. Not too consistent. It is my go to place if I need to go somewhere close to home otherwise my first choice is Hills Day Spa in Bee Caves by Lake Hills Church. Could use some improvement but I’ve definitely been to worse.

Just OK. I tried this Nail Salon for a mani/pedi because the reviews were OK. I did not have an appointment but they took me right away. The folks were nice. The place needs ventalation! Any nail salon has toxic fumes but ventalation is a must. A young man started the pedi and then a pretty lady came over to start my manicure. Half way through the manicure a gal walked in to get an eyebrow wax, my gal asked if she could be excused for a minute to take care of Ms Eyebrow. The guy had finished the pedi and I was still waiting on the eyebrow gals after 15 min. I was not happy and told her the next time, if there is a next time, Ms Eyebrow will have to wait her turn. Initially I had asked for«an American» manicure but when it came time for the painting I think I have«A FRENCH» manicure. I like that one too but I got the sense the salon ladies really didn’t know. I’m posting a picture so you can judge for yourself. Prices were comparable to other salons but they need to work on the«experience» or «ambiance».

I had a 5pm appointment today for a manicure and after 25 minutes of waiting, I left. So I can’t tell you good or bad but I can tell you that they don’t take appointments seriously.

So much for appointments… I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment time and waited 40 minutes. :/they told me they would do my manicure and pedicure together and that didn’t happen either. When the lady finally came over to do my manicure, she immediately cut my nails as I was asking her to just shape them. The salon also was nothing impressive. I did hear they are moving soon so I am hopeful it will be better, but I will likely not return.

People here are really nice. I got mani/pedi & brow wax. Pedi was great! Wax was pretty good. I got shellac for my manicure, and within hours it was peeling. It was really weird, but they fixed it. She had me get another color because she thought that may have had something to do with it. Whatever the reason, she fixed it & it’s lasted over a week & looks great!

Stopped in because it is so convenient to Belterra! I went in during my lunch break around noon and was the only customer at that time of day. The salon is clean with good massage chairs and the owners are so nice. I opted for a Salon Pedi from their services menu and was in and out within an hour. Got a chip on one of my nails that evening and ran back in(did I mention convenient?) and they fixed it without question or charge. I will definitely be back.
