Mr. Cluck practices throughout Texas and the United States, though his primary practice is in the Central Texas/Hill Country area. Mr. Cluck is a native Texan and grew up in the Austin area. Mr. Cluck graduated Summa Cum Laude from St. Edward’s University in 1989 and the University of Texas School of Law in 1993. A former law clerk for James C. Harrington at the Texas Civil Rights Project, Michael E. Tigar (Washington, D.C.) and Gerald Goldstein (San Antonio), Mr. Cluck has extensive experience with Texas and Federal trials and appeals, including habeas corpus and death penalty matters. As a former adjunct professor at St. Edward’s University, Mr. Cluck has taught legal writing, criminal procedure, constitutional law, juvenile law and death penalty seminars. Mr. Cluck has tried jury trials at the state and federal level and successfully argued appeals in both Texas and United States appellate courts. In addition to his trial skills, Mr. Cluck is an advanced mediator and regularly mediates civil conflicts.

Mr. Cluck, a native Texan, graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 1993, is licensed to practice in all Texas Courts, and admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas and the United States 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond, VA.
