History

Established in 2010.

Mazzi and Erez Peled are the young couple who founded Latika.

We started in Israel, while Mazzi was still in college, the small creative business received a lot of media attention and grew beautifully.

As the business expanded, Erez joined her venture and specialized in product photography, mold making and other production methods.

The first US branch opened in 2012, in the beautiful city of Austin.

The Austin factory is where the magic happens! We come up with new ideas, design the soaps and manufacture everything in house!

Mazzi and Erez P.

Business Owner

Mazzi learned cold process soap making from her mom, she loves aromatherapy, crafts and design.

Latika was born when Mazzi was in college and it is now a family business.

Erez is Latikas private photographer. He is also an expert in mold making, and makes sure the production process is effective and fun.

Erez came up with the name Latika.

Latika is a Hindu girl’s name that means «little plant»
