As our name reflects, we build primarily in the Austin Lake Travis neighborhoods. While we have and continue to build throughout Central Texas, our heart is in the Lake Travis and Hill Country areas. We live here, we play here, our kids go to school here and our closest friends live here. Most importantly, we know the neighborhoods. We know which ones are the best investments for our clients, which ones are about to be be created, and which ones would best fit our client’s individual needs.

There’s a popular saying in Texas that perfectly describes Brent Allison. It says «I wasn’t born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could.» Brent attended the University of Texas at Austin and earned a BA degree in Liberal Arts. If his time in Austin as a Longhorn wasn’t enough to convince him to stick around (it was), his marrying a Native Texan did. Brent and his wife Melanie have 3 sons and are actively involved in their church and in numerous community affairs.

Brent has built some of the nicest homes in Austin, receiving numerous awards for his work. Brent heads up all of the operations of the company. Brent has recently served as President of the Lakeway Home Builders Association and is currently the President for the Greater Austin Home Builders Association.

Brent strives to stay current on the latest trends in the home building industry. He recently was the first in Austin to receive his designation as a «Master Green Professional» with the National Home Builders Associati
