History

Established in 2007.

Kim graduated from UT Austin with a BBA in Finance, but instead of heading to Wall Street as planned, she chose the path less traveled, venturing to Europe for 5 years. She began in London as an Executive Assistant in the City, and finished her European life as a ski instructor in Kitzbuhel, Austria. She built an amazing clientele, and she learned to quickly build trust with her discerning clients as their guide, trainer, and friend.

After Kim’s return to the USA, she she joined an upstart wine distribution business founded by her family, and from its humble beginnings, she built this company into the 3^rd largest wine wholesale house in Alabama.

Through her years in business in Alabama, Kim’s heart and mind were still in Austin, and in 2007, she began investing in real estate in Central Austin. Now, she helps others find their home in Austin– a city she knows well and loves dearly.

In her free time here in Austin, Kim loves to swing dance and ride horses, snow ski (elsewhere, of course) and continue her wine education. She is also a huge traveler, and has visited more than 40 countries. Her Austin favorites? She loves to kayak Lady Bird Lake, run the Barton Creek Greenbelt, and discover all the hottest restaurants in town. She also loves road trips, wandering through the Hill Country. She stays abreast of what’s happening in town, and does her best to experience everything Austin has to offer.
