K School + Incubator formerly, Khabele + Strong Incubator, aims to be a catalyst for disruptive change in both business and education. We are an entrepreneurial incubator working with teens and adults, to create a purpose-​driven culture that nurtures Conscious Entrepreneurs by cultivating Authentic Leadership, Personal Development, and Autodidacticism. Conscious Entrepreneurship is the act of creation that contributes to the betterment of the human condition. As an incubator, we provide startups with seed funding, mentors, connections, and the tools needed to be successful. As a learning community, we offer students a world-​class college prep program

Established in 2014.

Khabele + Strong Incubator had its pilot year 2014 – 2015. The starting year had 30 students. The premise was conscious entrepreneurship and the development of student projects that could provide students the experience to develop a skill set that could be utilized in the future around the premise of Love, Inspiration and Reverence. The 2015 – 2016 year has provided a more defined vision for the incubator’s structure. Upon the foundation of Love, Reverence and Inspiration the pillars of the school; Authentic Leadership, Autodidacticism and Personal Development Khabele + Strong Incubator aims to prepare our young people to be uniquely prepared to play a significant role in the 21st Century.

Michael Strong Khotso Khabele S.

Business Owner

Michael Strong loves learning, thinking, and exploring the world of ideas. He is also passionate about developing and promoting entrepreneurial solutions to global problems. The Khabele + Strong Incubator allows him to integrate both of his passions.

Khotso Khabele is one of the most beloved and respected educational entrepreneurs in Austin. Khotso co-​founded, designed, and led the The Khabele School for over twelve years as the Executive Director. He grew the school from nine students to over five hundred and from four employees to over one hundred, developing and refining his unique «Emergent Education» approach along the way. During his tenure, the Khabele School became known as a place where teens could find success by discovering and expressing their authentic selves.
