We purchased our house with Sarah Kadish from Kadish properties earlier this year, and couldn’t have had a better experience.
Austin is a very difficult market in which to be a first time buyer. Sarah was so patient and so helpful guiding me and my fiancé through this very challenging process. Over the course of four months we must have looked at over 100 properties, but Sarah never lost patience nor enthusiasm when it came to finding us our dream house.
We closed in late January 2015 and couldn’t be happier.
I would recommend Sarah and Kadish properties to anyone looking to buy or rent in Austin Texas.

I have worked with Kadish Properties for over 5 years and could not recommend them more! They have helped my family to lease a duplex, buy a home, sell a home, buy some land, lease an apartment, and we are in the process of selling land and buying another home! This might sound like a lot in 5 years, and it is, but Sarah Kadish has made this process not only bearable, but a great experience!
