512 Deliver is an amazing service! They sent me a real time GPS tracking link of my delivery to my phone, which I forwarded the link to the receiver of my shipment. We could both see the actual arrival time and continuous location of my one-​of-​a-​kind custom gown! Lucian, the delivery man, could not have been nicer and excited to deliver my special shipment, he took photos of the items before and at delivery-​and he saved me 4 hours of drive time on my end which allowed me more time to spend with my family.

Wow. First time using a courier service, and was blown away. Submitted my order via their website, and tho I didn’t hear back immediately I called and they were on top of it. They were able to have someone here for pickup as quickly as it took to drive from there to here. Then my documents were delivered across town as quickly as one can drive through Austin these days.
I really liked how the service kept me continually updated with text message status. The live GPS tracking website was awesome too. I also liked how they would send quick pictures and video of the pickup, dropoff, confirmation (e.g. relevant signs, business cards of whomever took posession of the pickup). It was all done very well towards ensuring my stuff got where it needed to be and into the right hands there.
I felt confident my stuff was delivered as if I was taking it there myself.

Really an amazing service! Was so cool to watch the driver via the GPS tracking info. sent to me via email. I scheduled it online, paid for it online and watched my delivery happen with pictures/​video upon signature! If that’s not proof of delivery I don’t know what is. I will definitely use them again!!!

Awesome service — worked with me on timing and were very thorough in communications. GPS notifications and photos confirming that the right thing was picked up and delivered to the right place. Saved me at least two hours which was well worth the money! Definitely recommend working with these guys.

This place is amazing! We desperately needed a letter to be delivered to our landlord, and had to ensure that we had full proof that it was delivered. This service was so spot on, so responsive, so professional, and so timely. I was completely in awe. 512-​Deliver amazed me with their service. I had a complex delivery request that they were able to complete in less time than I expected. I live out of town and needed a single document signed by multiple hard-​to-​get people in Austin. 512-​Deliver was able to track down all five persons, gather the signatures in the proper order, and then deliver the document to its final destination at The University. The price for the service was much lower than I expected, and they kept me apprised with frequent updates of their progress. If you need something delivered, I highly recommend 512-​Deliver!

Absolutely excellent service!!! Luciano is the best! I needed my dog’s passport to travel to France with me. As the USDA is in Austin and I live in Houston, I was quite nervous about getting the passport in time for my trip. Luciano made me feel I was in safe hands from the start. He even included photos of the FedEx envelope and address labels. My mind was at ease. I highly recommend 512-​Deliver!

I would like to highly recommend 512-​Deliver !
I called them in a panic as I had had a crucial delivery scheduled for materials that needed to get to a construction project that morning. The much larger truck delivery service I had hired & paid for their «Hot Rush», told me at 8 am that my delivery scheduled for that morning would not be on the truck as my job was to a residence and that did not work with the routes they had planned that day & the trucks were loaded etc etc. Basicly take my money & screw me over. I could be delivered on Tuesday, it was Friday !! Workers were on the delivery site waiting to get the material to complete their job on schedule that day. I did a Google search & my first call was to 512 –Deliver. Lucian answered the phone & worked with me quickly & efficiently to get the job info & get my order picked up & to my client. The materials arrived on the site by 11 am !
He let me know along the way with both his easy to follow tracking system as well as calls that everything was running smoothly. I was able to let the client & the contractor know exactly when the materials would show up. Lucian allowed me to keep my promise & reputation. Being in the service business myself I appreciate great service, Especially when it allows me to complete my job.
