Junk Car Buyer ATX

It seems as if this place isn’t even a real business. It’s a joke. Wish i could give no stars! They replied to my online submission via text (unprofessional) on a Thursday night saying «I can stop by tomorrow!!» So enthusiastic and a bit too personable with double exclamation points, if you ask me. We arranged to have my vehicle picked up the very next day Friday night. I had asked if they could come when I got off work after 5pm, which he complied.
4pm on Friday comes along and still no word from them. So I had to take the initiative and text asking when I should expect them. He replied 6pm. Finally a text at 5:49pm saying «I am headed your way. But traffic is really bad.» A professional business man whose service involves transporting in Austin knows damn well they should budget their time wisely to accommodate highly expected traffic. He continued «I will text you back when about 15 min away.» I replied, «no worries.»
7pm arrives and still no text. I called the main phone number on the website. A man answered, very casually as if answering a home phone, no business introduction, just «hello.» I had to ask if it was ATXCarBuyer which he replied yes. I told him I expected a pick up and the driver was an hour late. He said he’d check on it and hung up on me. Didn’t even take my information or anything. He never called back either.
I became highly irate as it was a weekend and wasted my night on this foolishness. I texted the driver and cussed him out for wasting my time.
Still no response from him.
I called the main phone number again, the man still answered nonchalantly unprofessional. He thought I was a new customer and proceeded to ask details about my vehicle. I cussed him out too.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE FRAUDS. THEY WILL ONLY WASTE YOUR TIME AND NOT FOLLOW THROUGH.

Fast and easy. Cash on the spot. Hector met me where my vehicle was located and made a reasonable offer to take it on the spot. His offer was slighter higher than another offer I’d received from a different buyer. Hector was pleasant to work with, and, best of all, I no longer have a junk car to deal with.

Very good, pleasant experience. It was low pressure. Hector came to meet me at my location. He was very professional. Offer from these guys was much higher than other offers.
