Wish I could say that this company was good, but I wouldn’t know. They don’t respond or reply to emails, phone calls, or online reservations. My guess is they have gone out of business. Good luck contacting anyone from this outfit. The best part is, they ask on their website how they could be better. They should start by answering their phone and/or returning calls and inquiries.

Support small business! I used Jones Jumpers this past weekend to rent a jump house for my children and their friends. Ryan showed up on time with a smile and set it all up with me, all along walking me through how to maintain it when he was gone. Once over, they came and picked it back up with no problems. Btw, they did bring their daughtewrs to my home too and they were adorable and very well mannered. This is just a small family business trying to make it. It’s where I will look when its time to rent again.

Prompt delivery and service. The price is very reasonable and the moonwalk was just as described. Our family will definitely use them again for future kids parties at home.

This place is awesome. Super accommodating and reasonable with everything. Made my nieces party perfect, she had a great time. They were so overly professional and genuinely caring. Just what a party or just a hot wkend needs. I will definitely be using many more times going forward.

I called the Jones about renting their Sumo Wrestling outfit for our Chamber of Commerce parade on Dec 3rd in Thorndale Tx. The lady who answered the phone was very snappy and unprofessional. I indicated that I was interested in renting the attraction for the next weekend and proceeded to ask a few basic questions which received vague answers. She asked where Thorndale was and I answered with a very detailed description so she could envision where I was calling from. Her response was that it was too far for them to deliver the attraction because it was over an hours drive and that they were not interested in doing business. I asked if it would make a difference in her decision if I would meet them half-way, her answer was«No.» and then a moment of awkward silence before I said«OK, well I guess you have a good afternoon» and hung up. I wish I had enough business that I could just pick and choose who I wanted to do business with based on convenience. They missed an opportunity for alot of repeat business. As an added note The attraction was going to be used to raise money for the BFF(Bulldog Family Foundation) a non-profit organization that helps keep kids of families that are suffering the challenges of a terminal illness, active in school and community activities.
