I am a business and asset planning attorney representing small to medium size business owners, families, and individuals in Texas for over 16 years. My client focused approach starts with a complimentary initial meeting and document review. I work with small to medium size businesses as general counsel, managing legal needs including business structuring, draft and review of legal agreements, independent contractor analysis, and other areas of business law. As part of the process, I assist families and individuals with their asset planning and structuring to protect assets and estates for individuals and business owners alike. My goal is to fully incorporate both into a «master plan» that protects your family and the legacy you work so hard to build every day.

History

Established in 1994.

I started my own law practice out of law school during a rough time for new graduates. Within six months, I was lead chair in my first trial and won. I established and managed the business planning, estate planning and probate section of a law partnership with multiple attorneys, legal assistants and staff. I transitioned into my current practice to focus on my business and estate planning clients, which I did over six years ago. Now, I have an exciting practice where I represent small and medium size business owners, families and individuals with their business planning and management, business acquisitions and sales, asset planning and probate. My goal for each client is for them to call me for all of their legal needs, with the knowledge I will take care of them personally or direct them to a trusted colleague who will.

I am a native Austinite and a proud husband and father. My weekday enjoyment is found counseling a great list of clients I have worked with over the past 16 years. My evenings and weekends are spent with family enjoying the outdoors or travelling.
