Business Owner

John is the customer’s contractor. He is the guiding force behind the development of this company from a small construction business to the sophisticated commercial general contracting firm it is today. He has served as the President of the company since 1978. He is intimately involved in all facets of the project, no matter the size. He often sets the direction of the project, is involved in preplanning, and estimates to create a win-​win situation. His extensive experience exhibited in his value engineering skills brings great value to the project’s cost.
