Sandwiches are pretty damn good and i have had almost all of their menu but the GARGANTUAN is my go to sandwich, if I get it for lunch, its lasts for dinner as well. As far as their delivery goes, its hit or miss, a few times its taken them 15 – 20 minutes, other times over an hour. So if I really want it, I usually go and pick it up, but its kinda weird how they advertise this«freaky fast delivery», when it clearly doesn’t happen all the time. Fast delivery most of the time, is more accurate.

Thewhole business model is based off fast delivery. I am currently at an hour and 5 minutes. They are less than a mile from my house. Piss poor service. Tech Ridge location is awful.

This is a great location. I order from here probably more than a human being should. They get the order right 99% of the time and mistake usually involve getting a halved pickle instead of a quartered or regular chips instead of bbq. I can live with that as long as the sammich is just how I want it. It always very clean when I go to this location and the staff is very friendly. Sometimes delivery isn’t freaky fast but it’s usually about 10 minutes. I’ve waited up to 30 minutes but that’s rare.

I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s a lot. With a newborn, cooking is often not a possibility. The food is always good. The service, not so much. If you order online, they mess up the order. If you order over the phone, don’t expect anyone to say thank you. I also don’t recommend ordering the last hour they are open. They act like you’re an inconvenience. Seriously, why not just close at nine? I continue coming because it’s so convenient and the food is good, but if you’re looking for a friendly face, go to Thundercloud.

Pros: This is a clean branch. The staff is respectful and the service is super quick. Tasty bread. Cons: The music is too loud. They don’t toast the subs. And there are limited options in terms of veggies and sauces. For many of the subs, they charge extra for cheese. Other sub places don’t. Better tasting than Subway but lesser options

Spoke directly do the great and powerful GM who decided that he doesn’t deliver to my address today after having delivered here«by mistake» before. Disappointing sir. It’s cool. I should stop wasting money on chains like this anyway. Too bad. I’m an excellent tipper.

We ordered Jimmy John’s catering to be delivered to the office that we were setting up. They delivered in a timely manner and had everything correct. Thank you!

Love it! Coming from a place where subway is the norm and nothing else is heard of this place is the best. The food is always extremely fresh, the bread is not hard and the delivery is quick. My only complaint is at times you can place an order for delivery and it will tell you«it is to late to place this order at this location because it is closing soon» and the order comes anyways … –_– Software issue not theirs personally but still

Closest location is less than three miles away and they don’t deliver here. When they do, I’ll improve my rating… #disappointed #nocar #nopickup

These guys are legit. Delivery is always within ten minutes of placing the order. I stopped in for lunch yesterday and ordered the usual… Vegetarian with turkey and bacon. The guy says, lemme help ya… Get a number sixteen. Its the same as your order, but 4 $ cheaper. Of course it was delicious

Dick head drivers and dick head manager. Drivers have shitty attitude and I’m sure the manger won’t do anything to correct him. Sorry you make minimum wage bro.

After my glowing review, we had very streaky service. Lots of foul-ups on the orders, late, just very inconsistent. We have probably eaten there 3 times in the past year.

I wanted to try Jimmy John’s a few times before submitting a review, just so I can get a better feel for how they run their business in addition to trying a few different food selections. I will say that JJ’s is consistent in their freaky fast service, quality ingredients and prices. My favorite sandwich is the«Vito.» I’ve also tried the Roast Beef sub as well as the Gargantuan! Man, that sandwich was exactly that… Gargantuan! I was so stuffed afterward and I probably wouldn’t get it for myself unless I was splitting it with someone. As I’ve eluded to above, I just love JJ’s exceptional and freaky fast service, their fresh and quality ingredients and their fair prices. These are all combinations to a great and successful business. They are easily my favorite sub shop in town mainly because Jimmy John’s reminds me of Blimpies!(I LOVE Blimbies and hate how Subways overtook them, especially since Subways sucks) Go Jimmy Go! And keep going…

This location has staff that is always ready to welcome you and take your order. My husband and I have dropped by at all different times and days and our sandwiches have been consistently yummy! I love to pair my usual #12 with the delicious BBQ chips. I only wish they could drive the ½ mile more to my house so I could get delivery!

I love their fresh ingredients, bread and especially their pickles! Personally, I always take my sub home and toast it! Definitely better than Subway on every level! I always order the Vito and their balsamic they put on it is really tasty! My only complaint is that when you order on-line it took forever! I live 0.2 miles from the business so it definitely shouldn’t have taken 45 minutes but, when I got my food it was so tasty the wait seemed worth it! This is always my go to sub shop when I don’t feel like going out! Thank you for delivering delicious subs to the masses!

Why has only one person reviewed this location? It’s been open for months now. The reason that I know this is because I was counting down the days until they opened. I almost crashed my car when I drove by and saw the«Coming Soon» sign up. Anyway, I am a sandwich lover. I can completely relate to Homer Simpson when he ate on that huge sub for days upon days, even when it was starting to spoil and make him sick. Anyway, I haven’t actually been inside this store, as the ol’ bf is kind enough to pick up food for the both of us when he *conveniently happens to be close by, at GameStop. He says that the service is always friendly and fast. Sandwiches are consistently awesome. My only complaint is that the don’t deliver to my house, which is less than a five-minute drive away. Jimmy John will always be my #1 love. Sorry bf.

Unfortunately I live in the city without a Jimmy John’s, which is my favorite sandwich chain, so I always stop by one whenever I visit Austin, this is just the latest one I’ve discovered. I really like the Gargantuan, which is just a mountain of meat, but I feel that age has gotten to me and I can barely finish one, but I digress. This Jimmy John’s lives up to the JJ standard of excellence: great subs, friendly folks, and a clean restaurant.
