History
Established in 2013.
Dr. Jessica Buss created Integrative Psychological Services to provide high quality, integrative psychological services designed to assist you in taking steps in your life and becoming a balanced, healthy, satisfied person. With a background in health psychology, Dr. Buss believes that overall wellness and high quality of life involves health and balance in all areas of living: mind, body, emotion, relationships, and spirituality/religion. Services utilize a wellness-based approach that incorporates empirically validated techniques and an individualized plan that best help clients meet their personal goals. This may incorporate therapy, life coaching, stress management training, biofeedback, relaxation training, mindfulness meditation, guided imagery, psychological assessment, or work on areas of sleep, eating and nutrition, exercise and movement, personal values and life priorities, and interactions with others. The mission is to create lasting change and well-being for all.

Dr. Buss has has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Health Psychology. Dr. Buss currently works in private practice (Lic.#36 486), in the hill country of Austin, Texas, and provides teleconference therapy to people throughout Texas and California. Prior to practicing in Texas, she worked as a licensed psychologist in California, where she started her career. Over the years, she has received a variety of clinical experience, ranging from chronic pain and medical disorders, to working in elementary school, college counseling center, community clinics, and private practice.
Outside of her psychology work, Dr. Buss works as a certified Pilates, Spin, and Barre instructor. This work has allowed her to further understand the connection between the mind and body in health. In the Pilates and fitness studio, she helps people strengthen their bodies and improve their health while fostering a sense of motivation, self-acceptance, and self-confidence.
