Working with Jeff was fantastic. I didn’t really know what I was doing picking a photographer for my wedding. I found his Unilocal reviews and checked out his website and was really impressed. When we decided to go with him I was a little worried about the price, and didn’t exactly know what I was wanting– I still felt like booking him was a gamble.
I am so thrilled that I went with him. I just got the photos and I couldn’t be more blown away with the end product. He managed to get all of the details that I was scared I wouldn’t remember, but most importantly he really captured the spirit of the event. A lot of cliché wedding terms get thrown around– and I am guilty of buying in. We were going for a laid back/​fun elegance and not only is that what the wedding felt like, that is totally what he was able to capture.
His communication and flexibility were great. Due to unforeseen circumstances he was able to do some last minute schedule switching for our engagement photos and couldn’t have been more accommodating or gracious about it. I preferred communicating through e-​mail and he was always quick to respond and made it very clear that he was available whenever I had questions– as a bride who really didn’t know what she was doing, this was very reassuring.
During the wedding he and the second photographer were complete flys on the wall. I would have hated if my guests felt like the photographer was always creeping around or the focal point during the ceremony– but they were totally unobtrusive. I don’t know how they got the great shots they did. They also chose perfect and appropriate moments to quickly grab some artistic shots of my husband and I. They blew us away.
I would hire Jeff Loftin photography in a heartbeat and will definitely recommend them. They are a little pricier than other options in the area, but more than worth it.

Absolutely amazing!
I was very nervous about doing our engagement photos as me and my husband aren’t used to having all the attentionon us. We didn’t want it to look staged or uncomfortable. Thankfully all our worries were thrown out the window. It was extremely comfortable and natural to shoot with Jeff and our pictures turned out so much better than I could have ever expected. I never knew I could look so beautiful!
Jeff was also the photographer at our wedding and made it so memorable. We have already received many great comments on our photos and were fully recommend him to anyone else. The candid photos were the best.
I only wish I had another event coming up just so we could get more photos taken!

i’m very sensitive about having my picture taken and I had a lot of requests for Jeff — and not only did he follow every single crazy rule I had, but managed to make me look glamorous while dancing — something no one has ever managed to do! In all seriousness though, I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and the work he did at my wedding. The pictures are amazing — he captured our personalities, emotions, and style in every single one. I didn’t even notice him snapping away during the ceremony — he’s a stealth ninja. He was one of the most polite, calming, and sweet influences throughout the day. Trusting someone to document one of the most important days of your life is a very hard decision — I was very lucky to have found Jeff and I will be able to treasure these pics forever!

There is so much to be said for a fabulous and professional photographer like Jeff. I work with Jeff on a professional level and he is always so awesome and easy to work with. I’m also a client of his and I can’t say enough about my photos. He shot my wedding and the photos are gorgeous. We love this photographer! We’ve used Jeff Loftin Photography for our annual/​Christmas photos for the last few years. Jeff is so patient with our toddler for the pics. His wife Andrea is also awesome with Tummies 2 Tots Photography. They do awesome maternity and baby pics.

We got married in March 2013 and were lucky enough to have Jeff Loftin as our photographer for our rehearsal dinner. He was AMAZING! We originally wanted him as our wedding photographer, but he was unfortunately booked. We knew, though, that we wanted to work with Jeff in some capacity. He attended the rehearsal dinner and took a great mix of candid shots and portraits. We got the images so quickly after the event, we were really impressed with that. Looking through the pictures helps us to remember how much fun we had — Jeff definitely got some great shots! He is a true professional and was responsible, timely, and dependable from the first contact we had with him. We very strongly recommend him to anyone in need of a photographer. Jeff photographed our wedding in January, 2013 and he did such an amazing job. He was professional, very patient and very kind. He captured every moments so naturally that we can literally relive the day looking at the pictures. It was really hard for him when taking the Buddhism wedding and everything in Vietnamese, but he knew the right moments to capture that we couldn’t expect more.

WOW! I don’t even know where to start!
We were nervous about photos in the first place, since my husband is very camera shy. We had seen Jeff’s work before, and I’m so glad we had a meeting with him!
From the beginning he was attentive, flexible, quick, and had wonderful suggestions. He met us in College Station to do our Engagement Photos, and had them ready with one large print for our Engagement Party less than two weeks later.
He helped make sure our less than photogenic concerns were addressed, and did a fabulous job catching all of the details at our wedding.
That was the happiest day of my life, and he captured the joy on every single person’s face!
Looking back on our slideshow he created, it feels like this could have been a Hollywood wedding… everyone looks amazing, the background music he chose was perfect, and it’s hard to believe that this isn’t something you would find in a magazine!

After searching through many disappointing wedding photography websites, we fortunately discovered Jeff Loftin Photography. Jeff and his wife Andrea took the most beautiful photos of our wedding! We have over a thousand incredible photos and have yet to find one we didn’t like. They are outstanding photographers, and as an added bonus, both very nice, down-​to-​earth people. They were courteous, accommodating, blended right in and were never in the way. I’m still trying to figure out how they got some of the shots they did! They absolutely exceeded our expectations– I would recommend them with two thumbs up!

If you want the best photographer in Texas, it’s Jeff Loftin. I have a little bit of photographer guilt because my wedding pictures are so much better than my friends. Jeff did not try to coax me into bridal portraits that I didn’t want. I have thousands of beautiful pictures from my wedding day. Not hundreds, THOUSANDS! He captured every moment, some that I didn’t remember and others that I wasn’t around to witness. His images bring me so much joy when I look through them. They captured the best of that day. There’s so much love and happiness in the pictures people can’t help but smile when looking through my album. It’s been three years since my wedding and friends and family still come over and request to look at our wedding album… If that is not a testament to the quality of his work I don’t know what is.
Jeff was so easy to work with. I had only three vendors for my vending and the only one who did not add stress and drama was Jeff Loftin Photography; his competency and expertise was a blessing on a demanding day. The photos were absolutely perfect, even better than I could have imagined. I’ve told him I would have paid 3 times as much to get some of the shots he got. The best part is when I’m reminiscing with guests and they all compliment me on my wonderful photographer. The best advice I could give any couple would be to book Jeff Loftin Photography as soon as you have your date! Everything else will work itself out.

Jeff Loftin and his wife are an excellent team! They did photos for my wedding as well as several of my best friends. Jeff is professional and very good at making people comfortable which really simplifies the process. He knows how to capture a party as well as a special moment. As a client of Jeff’s I love his work and I think that he has an amazing way of capturing moments… he does a really great job at staying relaxed and just getting the pictures that he needs to make the photographs gorgeous. I can’t tell you how many of his pictures I have blown up on canvases all over my house. We love him and I would recommend him to anyone, brides and family photos alike. He works all over, Austin, San Antonio and we even shot a wedding together in Costa Rica!
