Our Titles vary: We are mortgage advisors, mortgage consultants, loan originators, loan officers, and mortgage brokers, and mortgage bankers.

What does not vary is that every day, borrowers like you entrust us with one of the most important financial decisions of your life, that if not executed properly can have long-​lasting repercussions as was witnessed in 2008 during the mortgage meltdown.

I have been in the business since 1986, so 28 years of experience. I am very proud also that my 28 year old son has chosen to work along side me.

Meet the Manager

Manager

Jeff Albrecht is originally from Chicago, his father was a Real Estate Broker, and he started working with his father when he was 15 – 16, by helping him out with his rental properties and listings.

When Jeff graduated college with degrees in Finance & Operations Management, he starting working in the business at age 22, and he has been in the business for 28 years. Jeff has always enjoyed the mortgage aspects of the business, and helping his first time home buyers see that they can buy a home sooner than later!

Jeff has managed a team of 14 Loan Officers, and is currently the Branch Manager for the C2 Financial Corporation’s Austin Mortgage Branch Office.

Jeff feels that there is no substitute for education and experience, and he has been an intrumental part of closing 2,000+ transactions, so you are in excellent hands.

Jeff is an expert in Reverse, HECM, FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, Jumbo and many other mortgage programs out there.
