If you want to take photos avoid JC Penney portraits. The 3 times I’ve gone it’s been a complete and utter hot mess. Do yourself a favor and buy a 100 dollar camera and try to be an artsy fartsy photographer. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

This is for the Sephora inside of JC Pennys, in the South Park Meadows Shopping Center. There is a young woman name Connie who is extremely rude. She calls her customers darling, baby and honey. RUDE. I went in Oct 16th and spent $ 162. and change, Returned and spent $ 297. and change. Asked this young woman for samples and she said that they didn’t give them. I also over heard her telling the customer in front of me the same thing!!! I have been in there in the evening and I have heard her say to the other sales girl that her Connie and the other male that work there need to go to the back to unload boxes. When the store is busy. I will not return to the Sephora and will tell all my family and friends about the rudeness of this young woman. There is something very fishy about her. Keep your eyes on her Sephora. I will take my VIP to another Sephora. Rudeness and no samples really.

I got a great cut but the stylist had attitude. After she gave me the mirror to look at the end cut. I wanted an extra layer but couldn’t explain really what I wanted(it was a face frame with a whisky look). After the final layers she just walked away and left cuttings all over my face, and said I’ll wait for you at the counter, while I was dusting off my face. Usually the stylists will wipe away with baby powder and brush, not here! I should have gone to ULTA next door, what was I thinking.

Worst place. Worse than picture people if you can even believe that! We bought the $ 80CD and our daughters name is spelled wrong on it, after the photographer supposedly edited it. They give you a whole 20 minutes ti do photo’s. Laughable! Also, don’t expect then tk answer their phone. I am surprised this place is still in business. Oh, enjoy getting your photo’s in 2 weeks. At least picture people print them out right there and then. You guys are not kid friendly, that’s too bad.

I am totally a fan of JC Penney! I have been coming here for years to shop for clothes for myself. I am always successful in the plus size department when looking for professional clothes for work or casual clothes or jeans. There is usually always some sort of sale going on too. If there is not just wait a couple of days because there will be one. I have also been successful in finding shoes and various household items here before too. I find that this store is easy to navigate, well kept and the staff is friendly!

They need to get more people working or learn some efficiency on weekends. I understand it’s the weekend and busy, but it shouldn’t take longer to check out than it does to get what you are looking for…

You call in to make an appointment for a basic haircut and then you get just that BUT they decide to tell you it’s more expensive when paying because you had it cut by a «senior» employee which they failed to tell you about on the phone. Always short staffed, and the employees are never even that friendly! Had an appointment and ended up waiting almost an hour later due to them running behind. Personally I’d find a different salon because this one is nothing but chaotic and unenjoyable.
