James Griffith Photography

My fiancé was familiar with James Griffith as a photographer and was very insistent that no one else would shoot our wedding. I was skeptical at first to not look around for others for comparison, but looking back, I’m so glad he did.
Looking through James’ portfolio, I liked his visual style. And meeting him, I knew he’d be fun to work with.
James was a consummate professional. He walked us through the process (since I was a first time bride), was affable and incredibly low stress to coordinate with, offered valuable creative suggestions, incorporated our personal preferences and personality quirks into the images… and above all else– he delivered absolutely fantastic shots within a timely manner.
He was unintrusive during the wedding and reception, and knew how to get the shot without stopping the festivities. He was able to work with a few family members who aren’t usually comfortable in front of the camera, and put them at ease. I was particularly grateful for that.
He captured the memories of a day that I never want to forget… and did it fabulously.
I’d love to say I’d use him again for future weddings, but… since I don’t think that sounds quite right… suffice to say, I’d absolutely use him again for special occasions and any time where I don’t dare compromise on the quality of photography.
And I’ve recommended him already to friends who are planning their own big occasions.
