Tried to order a Jumbo Jack but they told me they couldn’t cook any burgers or breakfast items because the grill was being cleaned, the chemicals being used to clean were hazardous and needed an hour to air out. +5 stars for the honesty but subtracting 1 for deciding to clean your grill when the store is open, 1 for using hazardous materials to clean the grill and 1 for having one of those stupid soda machines that pollutes my soda with orange/purple/red flavor residue that I didn’t want.

Is there an option for less than one star. Worst fast food service I’ve ever had then was refused service. Asked three times back to back if we were ready then when we were shortly after no one answered for a few minutes. Then was rude continually cut us off to only ask us to repeat. Then refused service. Will never go back and will be calling the store manager.

The burger we got from this place was not a happy burger. The poor woman working by her self at midnight was not a happy lady, and I totally understand. Another horrible fast food place crossed off my list. Blech.

when writing reviews for fast food write them with that in mind. this jack in the box has the flavor station! Mellow Yellow Peach Lt. Ice! Also friendly service everytime. the food is hot and for what you are getting it is good.

Good Jack in the box. Great staff. I don’t always eat at Jack in the box, but when I do I go to this location.

Quick service with quality food. The Ultimate Cheeseburger with Seasoned Curly Fries remains one of the classic drive-thru burger/fry combos. If you haven’t tried it, put it on your bucket list.

Jack in the Box is garbage food at best. This location gets scary after dark.

I drove through Austin in the A.M., so I naturally settled on breakfast, but their burgers are yummy too. I had the breakfast sandwich and it was really good. I could feel the calories adding as I ate it though, only downside. But that is to be expected with any fast food!

These guys are so freaking friendly at midnight when I go, it is pretty surprising. I’m used to frankenstein’s monsteresque workers that late and night and these guys are as cheery as a sunrise. Also, the tacos are always as good as I would expect JNTB tacos would be. To be clear this restaurant receives a 4⁄5COMPAREDTOOTHERFASTFOODRESTAURANTS.

What can I say… times are that I need a breakfast sandwich on the way to work, and Mc D’s can be a pain in the rear protuberance. This isn’t great food… this isn’t ‘fast’ food… but it’ll fill a hole if the belly is grumbling.

You are about to die. You need something to eat. Jack in the Box is the only option to starving. You might not survive the Jack in the Box either. Also can double as axel grease application equipment.

Let just say: it was 1 am, my pal, who lives in 78704, and I had been downing some champagne while watching episodes of a Bravo reality show. Yes, a glamourous evening was had by all. But my blood sugar was screaming, get me something good and level me out, now! Okay, wasn’t drunk anymore but was driving home and I had a serious jones for fries and a shake. So I hit up this Jack in the Crack. The chocolate shake was pretty good, it’s made with real ice cream, or so they say. I like the shakes at Jack’s and also at Sonic, because a small one is actually small, I don’t have to feel like I’m drinking 8,000 calories. I had actually wanted to try their smoothies but was informed they were only doing shakes at that time. It’s cool. It was 1 am and I’m sure the employees lives are hell in any fast food place. Now the fries. I just don’t have good luck with Jack’s food anymore. I recently tried their jalapeño poppers and was soon worshipping the porcelain goddess. And the chicken fingers? Well, they will do at 2 am but even Mc D’s has much better tasting ones. Last night’s fries tasted overcooked and were way oversalted. But I will cut them some slack. Jack’s burgers and iced coffee saved my life once when I was near comatose from moving. And I still want to try the smoothies and the raspberry shake.

Went to the drive through at 5:30 p.m. and was told there was no cook. Um.
