Named after the Spanish word for island, Isla adheres true to its name. The Caribbean cantina serves up island-inspired food and drink, with executive chef John Lichtenberger, chef de cuisine Roman Murphy and bar manager Miguel Lopez at the helm. Isla’s fresh and lively atmosphere complements the savory island-inspired cuisine and refreshing rum and tequila libations, inviting guests to escape and stay awhile.
