Our employer only offers Humana for our medical and prescription insurance. Humana has progressively reduced their coverage of my husband’s medication each year. This is a medication he has to take possibly for the rest of his life. Also, I am constantly surprised at what they refuse to pay and I end up getting bills from providers for the remainder that Humana refuses to pay.
If there could be a negative star that would be my rating for this insurance company.
