Delicious, gluten-​free home-​bakery-​made macarons wow and wow. It was my first time so I wanted to try some of the flavors before I ordered more; all in all I ended up ordering 7 flavors. Now, the problem is I enjoyed all 7. They were of perfect consistency and sweetness. It is incredible that these are gluten-​free. I will be ordering more for gifts/​pretending to be gifts but really just eating them for myself.

ABSOLUTELY wonderful macarons! I’m convinced that gluten free macarons are by far the best way to go. The only macarons that compare were the macarons from a gluten free bakery in Alexandria, VA.
NOTE: These are made-​to-​order; there is no storefront. You submit a web order, the baker calls you (she called me about an hour later), and you both arrange a day/​time for pick-​up or delivery. Pick-​up is a 30 minute window. I submitted my order around 11:30 am, and she called me around 1:00 pm, and we set a pickup window for 3:30 –4:00 pm, same day (she would have had it ready earlier but I had an engagement that ended later in the day).
But the food! Here are the flavors that I had (though I intend to eventually try them all):

— Double Chocolate
— Lemon Cream
— Blackcurrant Violet
— Rose Petal
This was the best part: they were all great, perfectly made, and with subtle but individual flavors. I was sure that there was going be one that was, maybe not bad, but the flavor didn’t agree with me, or at least, would be lackluster. Nope, they were all yummy with personality.

We used Hello! Macaron for our wedding favors. Our last name is Conejo which means «bunny» in Spanish so Nikita created for us little rabbit bride and groom macarons! These individuals wrapped bunnyrons (bunny+macarons=bunnyrons) were so adorable (See the pic I uploaded) and so delicious. Nikita went above and beyond when I asked her to tag 140 bunnyrons with guests tags that I provided to her AND deliver them in alphabetical order. The bunnyrons were indeed delivered to the venue in alphabetical order on the day of our wedding by Nikita herself and were a huge hit at the wedding!

Delectable macarons! Favorites so far are the chocolate apricot, and surprisingly the blueberry with the tasty jam-​like center. I did not get the green tea flavor in my batch. I would expect this to be one of my favorites too. Be warned though… the address is not a store front. You must call to place your order. So far, they have been well worth it.

The Macarons were great! Got them as a birthday gift for my wife and a couple for myself. Very fresh and great flavor combinations. My wife loved them! Nikita was very responsive and online payment was easy. Pickup times are limited to later hours during the week which made it more difficult to accommodate, otherwise I would give the rating 5 stars.

Wow! Probably the best macaron ever!
I found this place through Unilocal and decided to come here not know you had to place an order ahead of time. After I learned from my mistake, I ordered a batch of 7 macarons. They aren’t super sweet like most macarons. Just the right amount of sweetness. They’re perfectly crispy and the filling was just right.
I am definitely coming back for more and recommending this to my friends.

I absolutely loved her macarons!!! I am in love with the hello kitty macarons just because I am a Hello Kitty fanatic! My cousins, sister and I had a get together and this part of our Austin adventures!
We had so many yummy flavors! And I am so impressed that none of them went bad the next day! I’ve had macarons they went dry and crunchy the next day!
My ALL time favorite macaron was the Green Tea macaron with *im assuming red bean filling! It was like having a taste of Chinese culture in your mouth! I loved it and will definitely get her macarons each time I’m in Austin!

Nikita, the owner and baker, is wonderful to work with! I ordered a delivery for a friend and she replied back quickly and courteously. The ordering process was quick and simply. The payment was easy and through online and I had confirmation right away. She also is very responsive and makes sure you are satisfied with the order process. The transaction is probably one of the smoothest orders I have had with an independent food service requiring delivery. She was spot on time and had offered me a delivery window and price.
I did not get to eat any, but my recipient loved them. She said they were fresh and delicious, the best that she has ever had. The presentation was very pretty and Nikita even offered to personally deliver the items to my friend.
I am really glad I chose Hello! Macaron and I encourage others to try it!

These macarons have spoiled me, and I don’t plan to try anywhere else. My husband had ordered an assortment, and he mentioned how easy it was to order. Nikita was very responsive, and my husband appreciated the quick communication and ease, since it was a surprise. Regarding taste & texture, I agree with other Unilocal-​ers. These are some of the best macarons I’ve had. The outside of the cookies are delicate but firm like a super-​thin eggshell, and the inside of the cookies are soft, fluffy and moist. The fillings complement the cookies perfectly. We especially liked the raspberry, strawberry, & blueberry ones since they’re filled with jam. Of the cream-​filled ones, I really enjoyed the blackcurrant violet flavor. I’d highly recommend it.
One delicious tip if you haven’t tried: heat ‘em up for 10 – 15 seconds. The cream-​filled ones will hold up better than the jam-​filled ones. This might not be how they’re «supposed to» be eaten, but I don’t care, it turns up the declicious-​ness up to 11!

Apparently I have never had good macarons because I have never liked them. But a mutual friend is always talking up Nikita’s treats so I finally gave them a try — and thank goodness! Now I know what these French pastries are actually supposed to taste like — light, fluffy, a little moist, with a subtle crunch, and full of flavor. So far my absolute favorites are the Lemon and Cappuccino. But I also enjoyed the unique tastes of the Greentea and Rose. And I can’t wait to try more!

My boyfriend and I ordered a set of these macarons last week and they were fantastic. The blackcurrant violet was my favorite although the blueberry was a surprise hit (I’m normally not a fan of jam but that filling is amazing!). My bf hates coffee flavored anything — but he was delighted with the chocolate cappuccino. It really doesn’t matter what you order, the macarons will be delicious regardless of flavor. They’re so crisp and moist and decadent, and the filling is always creamy and rich. Not super sweet.
The only thing is the inconvenience of ordering ahead of time and arranging a pick-​up time, but this is all completely worth it!

My niece is in town and she loves macarons. It was a good occasion to try Hello Macaron since my go-​to guy died (RIP Chef Loic).
This place has no store front and operates out of a house. That’s fine by me as the owner is still putting out there the fact that her goods are good and worth paying for. You have to order the macarons online and the response time is really fast. Picking up the macarons can be same day if it’s early enough or the next day so the approach takes some planning and strategy on the consumers part on whether or not they’re willing to wait for customized quality or hulk out for immediate macarons.
These were sooo worth the wait. The exterior is light and mildly crisp while the inside is soft. The chocolate apricot one was a favorite, as was rose, lemon, and green tea.
My niece really liked the rose and dubs the lemon as way better than Central Markets. The flavor is really good — I feel that lemon is a hard one to do as some people could go all lemonhead on it which just tastes so darned artificial, but the lemon was really nice, light lemony covering with the sweet lemon cream in the middle was nice. I’d have confidence that all the flavors are well thought out.
Anyway, I have a new macaron go-​to.

Nikita is so sweet and talented. I has ordered some macarons a whole back and they we’re delish! I got an assortment of flavors and they weren’t too overpowering or too sweet. Loved the jam textured filling compared to most cream fillings. Nikita was very professional and responded to emails promptly. She even ran the order out to our car when we came to pick it up. Definitely will order again!

I’ve had macarons a handful of times but these were hands down, my favorite! Nikita definitely knows her macaroon business! I picked up a couple dozen for a shower I was throwing and all 24 were quickly gobbled up. I can’t wait to find another excuse to pick more up!

The only other places I’ve had macarons from are Laduree and La Maison du Chocolat… so the macaron bar in my life is set pretty high. We ordered some macarons for a bridal shower this past week and were not let down by the quality or service. It’s so lovely that there is a source in Austin for custom, gourmet macarons that are made to order — so you know you’re not eating or serving subpar, day-​old treats. Nikita was very sweet and punctual and the macarons were delicious — light, fluffy, with just the right amount of crispness in the bite. We will definitely order again for events in the future!

Their macarons were very flavorful, I ordered the chocolate cappuccino, green tea, vanilla (my least desired one but turned out to be my favorite), rose petal, and almond (my other favorite!). They were not as fluffy as I’ve had them in New York’s Laduree, but who can compare to New York? The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact that you have to order in advance and pick up. When I have a craving I can’t just go to a storefront and pick one up. It also wasn’t clear that this place is by order only. Other than that, I will definitely order from Hello! macaron again! Hopefully they open a storefront soon!

So tasty! Lightly crisp on the outside and wonderfully chewy and soft in the middle.
My favorites were the Blackcurrant Violet and Chocolate Apricot. My husband and daughter loved the Chocolate Cappuccino and Double Chocolate.
I am delighted that there is finally a place in North Austin where I can go to satisfy my macaron cravings!
Nikita was friendly and professional. We will definitely order from Hello! Macaron again… and again. :)

So a friend of mine at work has brought me a few little sample packs of stuff from this place. I don’t think I have ever had macarons before, but these have been damn tasty.
The variety of macarons I have had is impressive. Black Current, Double Chocolate, Green Tea, and many others. The Double Chocolate and the Black Current ones are definitely the best and I am pretty sure they will satisfy my sweet tooth any time I feel it kicking in.
These little treats are sticky, soft, sweet, and delicious. I dunno what else to say. If you want a sweet treat, you gotta give these a try.
