Smoking Cessation – Clients tell me that if they’d known how easy it would be to quit smoking, they would have called Harmony Hypnosis long ago.
Stage Fright and Fear of Public Speaking – You can become a confident speaker, even if it has scared you for years. Likewise, musicians can learn to shine on stage.
Test Anxiety/Study Skills – Do you have a major professional exam coming up? You can pass it with flying colors.
Stress Management – I can teach you how to feel great any time you want.
Medical Support – Let me collaborate with your doctor to provide evidence-based, non-invasive ways to counter chronic pain, IBS, hot flashes, and many other conditions.
Dental Support – Hypnotists have long been the dentist’s best friend, helping with dental fear, bruxism, and gagging.
Recovery Support – If sticking to a Twelve-Step plan is proving difficult, the hypnosis and meditation skills I teach can be the key to preventing relapse and maintaining sobriety.

Meet the Business Owner
James H.
Business Owner
When I was born, my mother used hypnosis to control the pain of childbirth, and I’ve been involved with exploring the mind-body connection ever since.
In addition to careers in music, writing, college teaching, and storytelling, I have studied hypnosis with numerous instructors and international trainers, including the elite Hypnosis Practitioner Training Institute.
I have edited numerous books on hypnosis and counseling, presented at various hypnosis conferences, and currently enjoy being on the faculty of the Hypnosis Practitioner Training Institute.
For fun, I teach meditation, self-hypnosis, stress management, and mind-hacking techniques to inmates at the Travis County Correctional Complex.
