I Customize your massage for any muscle tension and stress you may be experiencing. Techniques I use in the session are deep tissue and swedish massage. Myofascial Release, Lymph drainage, trigger points. We set goals that get your body working for you.
I use hypnosis to help with stress, eating habits, fear of heights, anxiety or any kind of fear. It’s a technique that helps relax, then releases the old thinking habits that we have accumulated in our past.
Love doing Classes that help with stress, thinking too much, meditation, anxiety and commanding cash. Techniques used are visualizations, sounds and all in a safe environment. We were not programmed when we were born how to take care of ourselves. Education is the key to create your beautiful life.

History
Established in 1991.
I started in 1991 doing massage, before people knew much about massage. A couple of business asked me to come in and do chair Massage for their employees. I was asked to do stress management classes during lunch time at their work, they loved it. I still work with companies with their stress keeping the employees happy.
Since then I have learned how to customize massages for people and set goals by listening to what would solve their health needs. I truly love this work and have taken many classes to further my learning. I am amazed how much massage has grown and continue to do events that help the community.
I have recently moved to Austin and throughly enjoy the people and the environment here. I have other alternative health practitioners that I work with in the health field, I feel that if one modality of massage may not work, and I can help you find others that you can connect with.
My vision is to help people be pain free and healthy all of their lives. Every day!

I have always had an interest in alternative holistic medicine. Even as a child. I practiced hypnosis when I was 11years old on my friends. Seeing people as happy and releasing the past and living in the moment. Massage came about in 1991 and I was thrilled to learn about the functioning of the body and how healing can happen. I have and am learning how the mind is so connected with the body.
Before I became a massage therapist I studied Shiatsu. It is a Japanese practice that uses techniques that incorporates trigger points and a way of eating that helps the whole body.
Always coming up with classes that challenge the body and mind to keep moving forward to be pain free and active.
