AWFUL. Not legitimate. Showed up and there’s no office or person to direct you to your «unit». It was sketchy. We kept calling the storage facility and the man on the phone was extremely rude and kept hanging up on us. Thank goodness we didn’t put any money down beforehand because the place is illegitimate. I had to find another storage facility that same day and it was a huge inconvenience. Do not use this storage.
