I went to Hall Plastic Surgery as a new patient last Thursday to get juvederm fillers for the first time. The front desk staff was very kind from the moment I called to schedule an appointment. Sandy was very thorough through out the entire process. She explained everything step by step and gave her suggestions for future procedures. I will DEFINITELY recommend coming here for fillers and I’m sure they’re excellent in their other services. And yes I will be returning in the future.

This is the best office in Austin to go for all of your cosmetic needs! They do everything and the staff is so caring and amazing! I highly recommend this office for anything from botox to surgery.

This office really cares about their patients! I had to go through a trust in order to have my surgery reimbursed I had to jump through hoops but so did this office and they jumped so that I could be able to afford the surgery and get this issue resolved! I will need another follow –up surgery in about 4 months and there is no one else I will go to but Dr. Hall!

I have been going to Dana for fillers and botox for 4 years and was very sad to hear she left. I constantly get complimented on how young I look. I was very nervous to try someone new, but I tried Sandy and was thrilled. I think I look great! She is extremely skilled and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone. You will feel great and look so much younger!

Been wanting to have a laser treatment to my face and neck for years and finally had the guts to do it today! Tricia was able to build rapport quickly and allow me to put my trust in her. She did a great job explaining everything and preparing me fully. She was able to lead me through the whole procedure with authority as well as empathy. That’s a great combination. The entire staff is warm and friendly and I appreciate how they were able to ease my nerves.

Fantastic facials. Highly recommend Betty, Dana, and Tricia (Dr. Hall’s wife). A great balance of relaxed, sophisticated, and professional. They treat customers with such care and patience. I’ve never done plastic surgery here, just smaller cosmetic procedures … but worth every dime.

First visit for tattoo removal with the PicoSure laser went really well. Brendan Leigh did the treatment and was very informative throughout the process. The results remain to be seen with subsequent treatments but I’m happy so far.

The worst experience to date with a plastic surgeon! First of all, this Dr. Hall character is just weird. He has a very stale personality and he has little to no ability to personalize with his clientele in a professional manor! He is a bit creepy too. Yuck! So, there I was patiently waiting to speak to the doctor when I decided that I should get Botox injections from his office in the meantime.
Initially I was looking at Dr. Halls portfolio to get something else done and, to put it lightly, this guy just needs to retire already. His esthetic is less than average. I saw one botched boob job after another. It was ridiculous. Nothing in his portfolio book jumped out at me in a positive way. Out of CONVENIENCE, I decided to get Botox at his office while waiting to consult with him on my initial inquiry. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes to speak with the doctor and I had an appointment. Ridiculous! [Since I had been WAITING, I figured, what is the harm in getting Botox?! You see little to no error in Botox. It is a very simple procedure. Little did I know.]
I received Botox injections from DANA! Let’s just say that Dana charged me more than I have ever been charged and her lack of ability to administer the Botox correctly brought me back to the location to have to have Dr. Hall administer more Botox.
Prior to returning for corrective measures, as I was terrified to return, I called and opted for a refund beforehand but the Dr. refused and, instead, Dr. Hall insisted that I should come in person to discuss the catastrophe. In person, Dr. Hall was very unapologetic and he charged me to correct Dana’s error and he did a terrible job. I have had Botox on several occasions and only one disappointment to speak of and this was years ago elsewhere. However, I will say that particular error was fixed at no cost to me and it was very redeeming. I ended up more than pleased. I wish I could say the same for this Hall character.
Upon speaking with the doctor and having consulted with several more afterward, I have also concluded that Dr. Hall also is a bit of an extortionist. His reputations is known for this. Though other surgeons in the area were hesitant in revealing specifics details about their knowledge of his practice; after they heard the entirety of my experience that changed and they were revealing and completely empathetic when discussing Dr. Halls office. 2 of the surgeons I had seen told me that they fixed several of his cosmetic surgeries.
I, however, am grateful that I know a thing or two about the industry, and I am relieved that I had the sensibility to shop around and get second, third, and fourth consultations. Dr. Hall promised an appeal and refinement that he can not deliver. Keep in mind, he is very persuasive. However, I am extremely intuitive, and I could immediately sense that there was something off with this guy when I first met him.
By the way, Dr. Hall charges well over the amount that you would pay in Beverly Hills, California to get either Botox or cosmetic plastic surgery and his esthetic is hardly up to par. My suggestion would be to do your research.
In the state of Texas these staffing associates are not required to go to school to obtain degrees to assist with administering injectables. They are only required to obtain a certification through a brief training course. A reputable doctor in the area will require his or her associates to go to school so that they can work with a professional practice, however, Dr. Hall is not one of these doctors.
If I would have known what I know now, I wouldn’t have stepped foot in his office. You live and you learn. Do your research!
Botox last anywhere form 3 – 6 months. Let’s just say it has been a little over a month and I am going to have Dr. Halls mistakes fixed by another doctor elsewhere.

I went here for a micro needling (SkinPen) treatment and Betty the esthetician did an awesome job! The environment was very relaxing and Betty was very helpful answering all my questions. My skin already looks smoother after a few days!

Three weeks After having xeomin injections I noticed no results. Is had Botox in the past and had amazing results. The aesthetician pushed xeomin, saying it was exactly like Botox just a different brand. She explained that there would be about a 2 week onset period. After 3 weeks, still no results, so I called and made an appointment and explained to the front office girl that it didn’t work. She assured me they would figure out a way to make it right. After waiting an hour past my appointment time, dr Hall and his wife came in to talk to me. They basically said they were going to charge another 250 $ to re inject me but, use Botox this time. They said they consider it a touch up since they can’t say for sure if xeomin worked or not! I said it was visible that I still had furrows between my brows, lines on my forehead.etc. I was amazed at how They ganged up on me and basically called me a liar. As if I was trying to scam them! Bottom line… They did not make it right, didn’t even offer a solution or a compromise other than me paying more money. I Do not trust anything they have to say, or any product they recommend. They are only interested in making money and were not compassionate to my needs. I told them what they did was not right and I would no longer go to their office and surely would never refer anyone to them again.

I’ve been to this practice a few times. I received Picosure Laser Tattoo removal 4 times & Botox once.
Prior to this, I’d tried saving money on both Botox and Laser tattoo removal. Both times I’d had dissatisfying services. I have learned through subsequent research: Don’t go to spas for these services, go to experts that are working with a doctor!
The Esthetician and Laser Technician knew what they were talking about. I had my expectations surpassed and the results were consistent.
The price is very affordable for the level of quality received here.
Anyways it’s a fantastic practice with really friendly, qualified staff.

Back in February I had a hair restoration procedure using the new Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE). I purposely waiting until now to write the review because the hair takes a while to fully grow. I am more than happy with the results. Dr Hall did a great job. The procedure is pretty painless. The best advice I can give is to cut your hair down to a #1 before going in so that you do not walk out with a funny hairline since they will shave the back of your head anyway. If you dont want anyone to know that you had it done, you will be able to go back out into the public in about 4 to 5 days so no one will notice other than the short hair. Dr Hall offers a free laser hair treatment that you can go to a few times a week and this helps grow the hair. I only did that for a while but I am 100% pleased with the results.

The setting of the appointment was easy, although when I arrived, there was a question regarding the acceptance of insurance for certain procedures as was advertised.
Therefore the free initial consultation was no longer free and this added an extended wait while this was debated. I paid the fee, and then waited some more. I was already anxious so this didn’t help.
Finally I was in the room. to wait some more while other paperwork was completed. It was a very clean, and beautiful office with state of the art equipment… if you are getting a common procedure of cosmetic surgery or Botox, laser treatments, spider veins, etc., Not for those that are seeking restorative nor reconstructive work.
To end, I never received a price quote for the procedures I asked for and was told I would receive, despite the hassle for it at the beginning and paying for my consult. Just as well I guess.

i get all my beauty treatments at this office because they are EXCELLENT at what they do and the prices are EXCELLENT Too!!!
i go to Dana to get my botox (only $ 10 per unit… CHEAP) and she’s very careful to not pop my blood vessels like some other places did before (leaving me in pain and bruised). i also got Ulthera done on ⁸⁄₁₄ (on lower face and neck) and she did an AMAZING job!!! i had it done once before last year from another office in Bee Caves and the other place seemed to have rushed it through and didn’t appear to have targeted my whole lower face and neck (i paid for lower face and neck). i think i was done in about 45 mins there compared to about 1 hr 15 mins with Dana. also, if you feel that you need another treatment, Dr Hall’s office can do it again with-​in 6 months for 40% off. the other office i went to charges full price again. i like that offer very much. just in-​case i do want another treatment to see more improvements or to maintain.
i go to Betty for the BEST facials ever!!! i had facials done all over the place from when i was living in San Francisco to Dallas to Honolulu to San Antonio and then to Killeen (i make a 1.5 hr drive to this office just to get treatments from them). i go to the best day spas everywhere and only found this one lady in the Red Door Salon at Saks Dallas who did amazing facials, but she left and i never found anyone as good until i found Betty (10 yrs of searching. yup, that’s crazy!). Betty takes her time when doing extractions and i leave the office every-​time with un-​clogged pores. many other places i’ve went to just extract the the big ones or the ones they can really see or feel, but Betty gets to the hard to find ones that only i will really notice. i’m sooo glad she notices them too, because everyone else she seem like they don’t (they suck!). i get the hydra-​facial done from her for only $ 115 (compared to other places that charges $ 145 or more) and i love it! prices are kinda what brought me in here at the beginning (i was calling around for prices on Botox and Hydra-​facials), but it was pleasantly surprised to find extremely knowledgeable people in here that also does AMAZING work.
i think you guys should give them a try if you are in search of someone better to do your beauty treatments and see for yourself. otherwise, you guys are missing out and overpaying for your treatment

I have been going to Betty at Hall for about a year for monthly micro-​peels. She does a very thorough job and adjusts the peel level according to how I am doing and my skin condition. The staff and office are very nice and I always have a good experience when I go there. Their prices are right in line with other places as well.

«I had the cellulaze treatment and after 6 months I do not see any changes. I had minimum cellulite, I’m 5’7 and 130 lbs, workout and eat right. My treatment left somewhat deformed I have solid areas of fat that’s been burned by treatment that I can’t loose. I really don’t think Dr. Hall performed the procedure correct. The procedure was offered ½ off because it was new, but I guess you get what you pay for.

My wife and I are very disappointed in the results of the breast reconstruction surgery performed by Dr. Hall after her breast cancer surgery. We did not expect perfection, but the results are so much worse then anything we imagined. He reconstructed both of her breasts in order to try and make them match better. The end results are significantly different in size and no where close in symmetrical location. And yet Dr. Hall feels the results were reasonable. If this is the state of the art in plastic surgery, don’t bother. It was a waste of time, stress, pain and anxiety to have gone through all of this.

So I first heard about their wellness director Lindsey Rambo from Restora Plastic Surgery. Lindsey helped a friend of mine with her diet and seeing her results I wanted to check out what she had to say.
Now with my thrifty self, I figured out a way to make this cost less. I went to the anniversary mixer at Hall Plastic Surgery and upon getting a lot of information, awesome cupcakes and not so awesome hall-​tinis, i got a $ 100 certificate good towards my visit.
Now lets talk Customer service: Everyone is well spoken, helpful and polite. They know their stuff and treat you right.
Office: Looks clean, modern and sharp. with products on display but never are those products pushed onto you,
Tests: I like that blood tests are done and careful attention is paid to the people on diets and such. They could however afford to improve the blood testing methods they employ.
overall: with my diet, I go back every thursday to see lindsey. she is always reachable by phone or text for my silly questions, Love it!
