What Hack lacks in size, we gain in agility, personal attention, efficiency and unbridled creativity. Because we collaborate with a large network of creative professionals around the country, Hack is vastly scaleable. We have the ability to tailor fit the needs of every client’s project and can offer as much or as little as required.
We’re prepared to carry out every step of the process from concepting and pre-production to execution (live action or animation) and finally post production and finishing. If you have a creative itch, we can help you scratch it.

History
Established in 2011.
Hack opened it’s doors in May of 2011 and is owned and operated by Dianna Colton, a 15 year veteran of the advertising and broadcast industries (most recently of Rebel Rebel). It is through her vision that Hack came into the fold and has enjoyed numerous early award-winning successes.

Before serving as the Executive Producer of HACK Studios in Austin, Texas, Dianna grew up in the Big Sky country of Montana. After learning to wrestle bears and the proper way to make a pork chop sandwich, she migrated South to earn a Communications degree from the University of Texas and found a new home in Austin. She began her career in Advertising working as an Account Lead and Agency Producer. After a few years managing the Production department, she jumped into the world of Film and Video production as a line producer and production manager and eventually as Managing Director of a well-established Post Production Company with a brief hiatus to produce a side project known as her kids Lindy and Caden. All of this experience led her to venture out in forming Hack Studios, Austin where she has gone on to produce national TV spots for the PGA Tour, Dish Network and even spent a week at the Air Force Academy documenting the lives of the cadets.
