There’s a package for every vehicle and budget, whether it’s our $ 8 Express Wash, $ 13 Express Interior, or the $ 60 Express Detail. We value your time and believe getting your car cleaned should take minutes, not hours.

Located on 620 South between Lakeway and Bee Cave, we offer a full tunnel wash with soft clothes, a special blend of soaps and polishes provide deep cleaning power, a strong undercarriage wash, clear-​coat sealants that add a brilliant shine while repelling dirt and road grime, a spot-​free rinse, and finished off with our driers that produce a wind speed of up to 200 mph blasting away water out of grooves, trunk lids, and door jambs. All of this with stunning hill country views.

Established in 2011.

I’m Thomas Emery, together with my wife Marbellis we have owned and operated the Go Wash car wash since July 2011. We are Bee Cave residents who are enjoying being part of the Bee Cave/​Lakeway community. After taking over an «average» car wash, and instilling our own ideas about customer service and quality procedures we have strived to make it «great.» The concept has always been to create a car wash that I would personally use on a regular basis. Go Wash is a full service car wash and detail center that quickly and properly cleans your car at a reasonable price.

Got to Go Wash right before closing. It was cold and dark, but James greeted me with a smile and a friendly attitude. He was careful to prep my car well before going through the wash. They hand dried and made sure the car was clean. Like this place!

Inexpensive way to get your car washed. The quality is not the greatest, but it is fast and cheap. I give it an average rating because it is inconsistent. They start with manual washing with a brush and spray, followed by an automated washing line. Afterwards, they have manual dryers and waxers, some of them are great and some not so great. I’ve come out of there with a nice shine and minimal wax remaining in crevices, but at other times, you can see the swirls caused by the drying towels. I do go back for a quick wash everyone once in a while mainly out of convenience (nearby), but I would definitely pay more for a higher quality result.

I’ve been looking for a good place to get my car washed here in ATX. This place is just down the street so convenience was a major factor in choosing it. On the weekend it’s typically packed so it seemed like a spot locals tend to use too.
I pulled in on a weekday around 1pm. There was no wait and we rocketed through the wash. We had no less than two men working on the car and we were all cleaned up and out of there within 30min. I was shocked at the speed and figured something must be wrong — I looked over the car but it was spotless. My car hadn’t been washed in over a month and had more than 2000 miles on it since the last wash so it wasn’t an easy job. It also had about 50 days of puppy fur coating the interior… all gone. I’m definitely going to come back and give this place another go with our second car. If all goes as smoothly on the second go-​around we’ll make this a bi-​weekly stop and bump it up to 5 stars.

Tall order! We just got back from traveling across the country and our SUV was covered in bugs. Even though we only paid $ 30, they did a quick detail inside and out and our car looks amazing. Plus they gave us a 72 hour guarantee! We will definitely go back and take more cash to tip. Impressed for sure.

I love this place. They do a very thorough job inside and out. I usually get the $ 20 wash and it looks great! I was in recently and they found $ 20 that must have slipped down under the seat, and they put it on my console. Very trustworthy guys!

Two star loss. Paid $ 15 more than I normally do and got less than I did last time. Several bug spots on mirrors and hood. Hand to point out Several missed spots and reclean areas. After leaving I noticed streaks on the inside of drivers window. Dirt in gear shift area. Uncleaned rear view mirror, unwiped door trim’s. Third time I’ve been in a couple months. The first ever clean was $ 60 detail and was worth it. First Signature wash was well worth it. Second, third, and fourth cleanings were scary bad. Like refund worthy bad. I’ve been driving from south Austin. Never again. I’ll find a better use of my time and money.

There are much better drive through washes in Austin that are less expensive. I paid extra for the deluxe wheel wash which wasn’t worth it because they were still filthy. Lots of leftover soap on the car. The rinse is way too short.

This place trips my fairness trigger big time. There is no one managing the flow of cars coming out of the wash area (where you ride through the machine while in your car) out into the hand wipe down area (where you get out and wait inside).
When you drive out of the wash area, there are 3 slots to drive into to have your car wiped down. If all 3 are occupied you sit there and wait for one to open up. But if it’s busy and cars are getting backed up behind you, you are ushered to a particular slot to get in line behind that car, then everyone behind you is likewise put behind the other 2 cars in the slots.
So the car behind me actually moved into wiping position before me, so it’s like picking the wrong lane at the grocery store (argh!), except I wasn’t the one who picked it. Then yet another car comes out of the washing area behind me and they created a new slot for him and started working on his car immediately.
So by the time I moved into wiping slot, 2 cars from behind me were done or almost done. I admit I have a trigger for unfairness, so this might not bother other, more easy going people. It really chapped my hide!

Strange how diverse the rating is for this business. $ 13 for a basic inside/​outside clean would be expensive by S. Florida standards, but appears to be a deal in Austin. The drive through wash did not remove all the bug residue but the hand wash worked. Nice drive, great view, and quick service. I would return. I didn’t give it five stars only because I’ve been to better car washes that had a more personal, less corporate touch — and that didn’t use that strawberry smelling interior cleaner.

Blah– 20.00 for a wash and detail (the deluxe) and it was a joke!
Carpets were not vacuumed thoroughly, bugs still on my front end, detergent powder was still all over my windows, and my wheels were awful. For this deluxe wash I had to go home after leaving to re-​vacuum my carpets and clean my wheels properly.
As a lakeway native I really wanted to like this place but please! Over priced for a terrible job.

Rinse is too quick (does not get all soap off vehicle) and hand dryers only do a good job if they receive a tip. Keep in mind, you’re already paying extra to have your vehicle hand dried.
Also, be sure to check you bank statement if you use a debit/​credit card. I was double-​charged for my most recent (and last) visit.

This place rocks! Always great service that’s quick and affordable. My only complaint is that there is no membership for people like me who are addicted to getting their car washed. I’m just going to have to buy gift certificates for myself I guess.

Go Wash is like a rollercoaster that you can go on with your car. The view is nice, since there are panoramic windows on either side, and it’s fun to see all the suds and bubbles while you inch your way through the car wash machinery.
The basic wash is just $ 13, and the guys do a good job of getting your interior squeaky clean while you wait in the tiny lobby with comfy chairs.
It only took about 15 minutes from start to finish to get my car all nice and clean. The staff was polite and friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. Plus, you get the awesome little rollercoaster at the beginning. What more can you ask for?
