I’ve known Crista for over 20 years now. I met her when I brought my Crazy Off the track 2 year old to Britannia Farms owned by Pauleen Cook in Houston(Cookie now runs the GSWEC in Katy) Crista was teaching lessons there and training and schooling horses. She with-out a doubt was one of the best riders I’ve ever seen and I have seen many. Between Crista and Cookie, you just couldn’t get any better than that! And you still can’t. These two women are professionals in every sense of the word. Crista did a Superior job with my horse. So much so I’m bringing her another this month. I also had my sister purchase a horse from her and he was SUPER! I can’t say enough great things about her. There is just nobody better, and as a riding instructor, horse breeder and someone who has trained with some of the top people in the U.S. She is one of the best!

I’ve ridden with Crista for several years now, and I can’t say enough good things about her! The facility is very nice and well-kept, and the horses are healthy and happy.(It can be hard to find a hunter-jumper barn in Austin that has all-day turnout for the horses.) Crista operates a family-oriented program with lots of personal attention for each student, and the team always does well at horse shows. My riding has really improved with her guidance, and I’m always impressed with the responsibility and discipline she instills in the kids she teaches.
