I was lucky enough to be invited to the soft opening of Gibson’s Cantina and it was delightful! This is a no grills dining experiance much like a back yard BBQ. At Gibson’s their motto is Family, Grilled Meat, and Brews and they do it all very well. The meat was grilled nicely and the beer was cold. Enjoy a cocktail? They have a heavy poor that mimics The Loon’s legendary whiskey and coke. The best part is the price — its basically free! Can’t wait for the next evening at Gibson’s Cantina!

very pet and kid friendly with enough alcohol to keep adults interested. they have tv’s for sports or children’s shows and a wide variety of grilled meats and cheeses. servers actually bring you food even when you didn’t order or want any! not sure where else you are going to find that service. they offer a full bar(even moonshine), but dont have too much fun or you might lose your pants!(or car keys)
